Service with a Smile 🌟 🌟 🌟 Due to scheduling errors, I hit stranded at this corner. I decided to eat at this location seriously dreading it because of the area. SURPRISE, this location is super clean AND modern. Nothing at all compared to my local Carl's on Washington in Whittier across from PIH HOSPITAL. Their menu is very easy to read and order, depicting pictures PROPERLY. I ordered the Diablo combo, and the burger looked EXACTLY like the commercial/photos. The taste was delicious. You all know I'm not a hamburger guy but Carl's Jr wil always be my go-to burger place. Always. Oh, and the nice young lady at the register was always smiling in spite of juggling the drive-through window and rushing outside to hand deliver orders. Her co-worker quickly helped her out and handed me my food also smiling and very attentive CARL'S JR AT WHITTIER TAKE NOTICE. This is what true service is all about This was a pleasant surprise I will definitely be back with my wife time and time again even though we live across the street from CARL'S IN WHITTER. I cannot say I hated this place I just went through a few bad experiences I think that the staff needs a bit more training as far as dealing with the public I had an experience when I was at the drive-through I waited for my food because staff was conversation and forgot all about me then turned around and waved at me and laughed it came with my order apologizing but that was an awful one day I dinning in carl's Jr. I noticed my table was dirty I also happen to notice that one of the workers were wiping the tables down so just before she walked away skipping my table I called her over discreetly I has to can she wait my table down she gave me a hard cold stare took the cloth wipe all the garbage on my lap and...

I hope corporate sees this second time visit in this location first time I just drove away because of the poor customer service while ordering in the drive-through. Was asked to wait five times. This time I drove right up to the window my order was taken. It seem like the person was in a hurry taking my order. I reiterated multiple times no onions when I drove up to pay as soon as a car pulled up behind me the employee asked me to go park rudely. after waiting another 10 min just to get my order wrong.
