It’s always a hit or miss with attitude, horrible food, missed orders, and much more. But with todays visit it was atrocious. We ordered $50+ worth of food and made it slow and clear what we wanted and at the end Mel asked “does your order look correct” gave us not even 2 seconds and told us to proceed. When arriving at window we paid we got our food and realized it was wrong and we missed 2 fries 2 burgers and drinks. We then tried to communicate and talk but they got frustrated and started giving us atttitude instead. We then got out food and missing drinks and the LARGE COKE was filled ONLY HALF WAY. The lettuce and tomatoes were dry yellow and old. I later returned to ask for missing and wrong sauces and they charged me for the extra sauces that they didn’t give me with the first order and had me wait for a while with no one helping not even the person who i’m assuming is the manager. Horrible place and can’t comprehend simple fast food etiquette. IF IT ISNT THE CUSTOMERS FAULT DONT GIVE THE CUSTOMER ATTITUDE. Read moreThey were pretty unprofessional tonight. Let’s start from the beginning. Went through the drive thru. The operator guy was literally only taking one car at a time. So since one car is taken he had the second car wait until the first car was given their food before placing the order. Once it was my turn I told the guy I had a mobile order and gave him my name. I also told him I wanted to place another order for my friend with me. He told me to drive forward. Once I get to the window a girl walks up and tries to charge me. I told her I had a mobile order but previously told the guy in the front I wanted a second order. She told me to reverse the car and drive forward. When looking inside they both were talking about us. I’m assuming mad because we wanted a second order. The gay guy inside (I mean this politely) was probably the rudest of them all. Read moreI went there last night, as I drove up there were two cars already in the drive through. I thought good there open. When I got up there to order, no one came on speaker. Finally they say," were closed right now." Right now?! I said. Yes. They said But there was still a car in the window. It looked like they were getting thier order. But a man was out of the car, maybe he was homeless. It was pretty late thou like 3:30 a.m. But the speaker lights went off and I had no choice but to back up all the way out of the drive through. I don't get it. If your gonna close turn off all the lights. But I thought it was 24 hours. I feel like that's messed up. Went home and had cereal, but it tasted better then anything on thier menu at this point. Terrible custu mer service. I hope I don't have to go back there again.
