I believe first that the drivers must be trained better. We were on the phone for a good ten minutes trying to explain to the driver how to get to my home. Then, because of an online goof, I called to pay for my order with card , but the csr couldn’t pull up my order because the driver had been put back into the system before he got back to the store (by the way) . I was on the phone again with the csr for another ten minutes on hold as he was trying to figure out how to charge me. I ended up opening my kids piggy banks to get the cash out. Then! The csr called me back after the driver had left to ask if the driver left yet because he hadn’t got back to the store. This was inappropriate and unacceptable . I was trying to enjoy my now cold pizza at this point. We don’t order much from Pizza Hut nor do we have things delivered much, but this was a horrible experience. Read moreWow! I went in this evening to pick up my two pizzas that I ordered online. I saw two ladies working the back while the young man took my payment at the counter. When I got home I opened the boxes and to my surprise I saw the two best looking pizzas I've ever seen. Really, the ingredients were placed perfectly, the slices were all symmetrical. It tasted even better and was cooked to perfection. I called back in to compliment the cook and was able to get the name of one of the ladies (Rita). You can tell that these workers care about what they put out. My family and I enjoyed our dinner this evening because of the hard work of the Pizza Hut Crew working this evening.
