BEWARE OF SCAM & IDENTITY THEFT : Cashiers are making up fake return policies. Saying you need to provide a debit card and ID in order to return an item that was paid with cash . The women cashiers said it is a new return policy that both debit card & ID are required. Even though BURLINGTON STATES IN THEIR WRITTEN AND POSTED RETURN POLICY that if you have no receipt , you can still return the item but need to provide ONE form of ID and thats all No debit card required. When pointed out that what she is saying is false, she said the new policy started 2023 & is printed in the receipt . We had her print a receipt out for us, and yet no such new policy that she claimed exists. Why would BURLINGTON update their return policy but not have return policy signs updated?Neither update it in their printed receipt or online ? Both women cashier said they couldn't help us . They wanted to stand by their fake policy and said there was no manager in store , it was around 9pm. What those women wanted to do was steal information. They were so desperate for us to give them any kind of credit or debit card. Kept saying it would not be charged. Made no sense why would they would want any debit card for a return. BURLINGTON only asks for an ID. BEWARE PEOPLE ! DONT SHOP HERE ! SHADY WORKERS TRYING TO STEAL CARD...

I was going to purchase items but I had to go to the restroom and when speaking to the mod Julissa the sca decided to butt in with a terrible tone and unprofessional decided to te tell that I wasn't allowed to used the restroom and treating me I was not going to be aloud to used the restroom I think mod could of deescalated the situation but decided to give him the right southern service was bad wouldn't recommend this burlington to no one other people were also waiting for a long time and...

Walking in to Burlington, and employee who is a greeter, I said hi, how r u and I asked him u going home now, got me a better job, so 2 of the managers told him GET OUT!!!!! REALLY ???
