Jack's Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Piedmont

We're pretty much regulars here, the past couple times we have went there they can't seem to get the order placed right, if they actually do get the order in the computer right it's almost always something missing out of the bag. Was way over charged for a single gravy biscuit combo because they rang each individual item up instead of a combo then when called because my husband wasn't able to even get his food because we was over charged we was told if we come back at that moment they could give us the hash brown they left off of our order but they couldn't fix their mistake unless I came up a completely different day which made absolutely no sense to me at all. I asked that they refund and rering our order and couldn't even get that. They used to be the best place to eat in Piedmont but they have definitely gone down...

I GAVE THEM A 1 STAR, BECAUSE 0 STARS WERE NOT AN OPTION! JUST STOPPED BY JACK'S TO GET A BIG BACON BREAKFAST SANDWICH. ASKED FOR THE CRUST TO BE CUT OFF. BECAUSE WHEN YOU GET HOME & HAVE TO DISASSEMBLE THE SANDWICH TO CUT OFF THE CRUST & REASSEMBLE THE SANDWICH, IT IS COLD & NOT WORTH EATING. JACK'S NEW POLICY IS TO NOT CUT THE CRUST OFF THE SANDWICHES.THEY HOWEVER, CAN USE THE KNIFE TO CUT THE SANDWICH IN HALF; BUT, THEY CAN NOT USE THAT SAME KNIFE TO CUT OFF THE CRUST. . THEY LOST A $8.00 SALE BECAUSE THEY CAN'T CUT OFF THE CRUST OF A SANDWICH; BUT, HUDDLE HOUSE GOT A $15.00 SALE. AND YES, THEY WERE ALLOWED TO CUT THE CRUST OFF OF MY TOAST. FUNNY HOW A KNIFE CAN BE USED ONE WAY; BUT, NOT IN AN OTHER WAY AT JACK'S. THANK YOU HUDDLE HOUSE FOR YOUR AMAZING KNIFE SKILLS THIS MORNING...

I always enjoyed Jack's chicken and bragged on how good it was. Unfortunately they have lost my business because yesterday I called ahead and ordered a 10 piece family meal and after driving 20 minutes home only 8 pieces of chicken and NO biscuits! I called and Anthony was apologetic and asked if I could come back but I wasn't driving 20 minutes back so he offered to replace the meal today which I thought was nice. Big mistake!! I got home with 2 breast 4 legs and 4 wings that appeared to have been under the warmer for sometime which went straight to the trash and the slaw couldn't have been worse.Its really a shame because they used to be so good. I think it's time to change management again!INext time I'll spend my $22.00...
