Listen, I don't know about you guys, but I personally have never liked cheesesteaks. I've always had bad experiences when someone asked me to try a cheesesteak, so I always say that I don't like cheesesteaks. My friend ordered a cheesesteak from here the other day, and the people were amiable and greeted us as soon as we walked through the door. It looks like any regular pizza shop, but since it seems to be a fairly new shop, they're pretty empty, so it's a calm atmosphere to dine in since they have a good amount of tables. Anyway, I just ordered a slice, and my friend ordered the cheesesteak. She put a bunch of good stuff on it, and they brought it to us pretty fast. The pizza was delicious, and she told me to try her cheesesteak. I said no because, like I said, I don't like cheesesteaks. But she kept insisting, so I said okay and tried the cheesesteak. When I tell you my whole world flipped upside down, I mean it flipped upside down. The cheesesteak was the first cheesesteak I have ever liked, and I LOVED it. The bread was nice and soft, so you could tell it was fresh. There was a lot of meat, and it was seasoned very well. The other ingredients made it the chefs kiss, and the cheese was fully melted. There was no cold part to the sandwich, and it almost tasted like heaven. I definitely will be coming back for more because...

When you order a sandwich and you get items on the sandwich you don't request it's upsetting. You call them and they speak with Manager and they Apologize and tell you the next time you call in for an Order ( which i do 28.00/45.00)we will have a credit for the sandwich. It had lettuce n tomatoes on all mixed in with my Xtra cheese and ketchup. To separate would have been a hot mess.

I ordered tonight explained about the credit Yes she sees it .... It's delivered full price I call we gave you a discount ........ $2.60 🤫🤔🤨 I was told I I would get one for the whole Sandwiched that I paid for the last time that ordered that I got incorrectly And I was speaking with the manager at this time. No we would only give you a portion. I said a portion I didn't understand I didn't get to eat my sandwich because it wasn't what I ordered. I told her to take my credit card off their system I would not be ordering from there again because I was told That the manager said I would be getting a credit for a sandwich not a portion.

I buy pizza from this store every once in a while and while the pizza is generally ok, I had an unpleasant experience today that made me write this review. I was going to buy a medium size pizza but they said they had a large pizza 3 toppings special for $17.99 so I chose large pizza special with 3 toppings. I chose ham and mushroom and didn't feel like choosing a 3rd topping so I asked for extra ham. They said that was fine and they would double the ham. When the pizza came out, I opened the box and noticed there were no extra ham at all. There was barely one piece of ham on each slice. I showed it to the cashier to ask if there was a mistake, and he said no. It was so obvious that the chef didn't put any extra ham. I shared a photo - you decide whether it has extra/double ham or not. I expected the cashier to acknowledge it and to correct it but he just denied it. I also didn't like that he didn't ask whether if I wanted regular crust or thin crust. I like thin crust. Forgot to mention it (maybe my fault). But if he had asked, I would've said thin crust. Again, their pizza is generally ok but the service quality is not consistent.
