South Orlando YMCA Family Center — Local services in Pine Castle

I had a membership for several years, however, I rarely had the opportunity to use the facility. My problem with the Y stems from errors on their automatic payment. I noticed that my monthly statement didn't have a charge from ymca. I contacted the facility and they wanted me to submit my banking information. I prefer to use credit card for the protection to my account. So, I resubmit my credit card information. The following month, I noticed that they still hadn't taken the money from my account. I was given a number to contact and left a message. Necktie thing I know I've got a letter in the mail indicating that I'd have to pay an entire year in advance because I was delinquent for September...

My son has attended camp at the YMCA, and he absolutely loves it! 🙌🏾💙 It's super affordable compared to other locations, which is a huge plus for parents. The staff is amazing—friendly, attentive, and truly invested in creating a fun and safe environment for the kids.

I also love the variety of activities they provide to keep him engaged and active while he's at camp. Spring Break Camp was the best thing for my niece and at a great affordable price. The staff was friendly and and cordial. Shout out to Mr. Patrick, Ms. Cat, Angel, Ms. Diana, Ms. Angela, Ms.J. We definitely will be coming back for Summer Camp.
