Here's the scenario... Three cars at the takeout window, myself and another customer walk in the front door to an empty floor. I let him go ahead of me he had pre-ordered coffee and donuts for his office it was not ready he had to wait 15 minutes for them to make fresh coffee, and put together the package and gather the cups napkins etc. There were two people that were in the front ...a gentleman and a female. The main customer register was locked and they both did not know how to unlock it so they had to use the register for the takeout window, which was very inconvenient. The facility was clean looking ,but if you look at the borders of the floors... they're jammed with crumbs gross. I ordered a simple latte and two donuts The gentleman did not know how to enter it into the computer cuz I wanted a sweet and low due to the fact that I'm a diabetic, he had to wait for her She didn't know how to do it either. ... 14 minutes have gone by already waiting. After another 6 minutes while they're trying to help the customer that had food that was supposed to be ready for them for their office (who looks at me and rolls his eyes and I do the same by the way lol} and another 5 minutes for them to make my drink and my donuts weren't ready for what unknown reason.... I could see that they were very overwhelmed and looked dumbfounded., so I went and sat down at a table and told him I'll wait for them to put the donuts in the bag ...they looked overwhelmed during this time. a customer that was in the line in the car lane, outside decided to park and come inside, because he felt it was taking too long for them to service the cars and he thought he would get faster service inside..... he was sorely wrong, and I could see the frustration in his face as he was waiting while nobody served him just standing there. lol I'm sitting waiting for my donuts... waiting..... waiting ...7 minutes 9 minutes and the one male yells to me... your donuts have been sitting here waiting for you... I felt like yelling back to him.. well thank you for one of you telling me that they were ready and waiting there for me., but I didn't ..I grabbed my donuts and I left.... piss poor service and severely needed training ...it was like one didn't know what the other one was doing... hopefully that...
Read moreThe person taking orders in the drive thru does not pay attention to you.. sat at the speaker for over 4 mins without anyone saying anything to me.. 1 car in front of me and the inside is closed. When I was finally acknowledged, I had to repeat my order (for 1 single drink) twice as she could not recall what I asked for.. Once I get to pay I was handed the wrong drink! Noone behind me.. and the other car was gone? I am confused how a store that is so slow makes wrong drinks.. This has happened SEVERAL times.. the owner/operator and his family are too busy inside talking amongst themselves and they do not pay attention to their customers at all.. Mobile orders are wrong also- myself and co workers will no longer be using this location.. we will drive the extra 15 mins each way to a store that give you accurate orders and less attitude when you ask something to be corrected (like whip cream on a gingerbread iced latte that you SPECIFICALLY asked for) Get your act together at this location.. Mc Donalds is right across the street and will get my business and many...
Read moreDisrespectful coworkers! Came to get coffee claiming they weren’t open when it literally says their open online. Coworker literally yelled at me from inside the store saying we’re not open we’re not open. Didn’t even have the audacity to come to the door. Funny thing is I know the owner because I used to know someone who worked there. I’m a manager myself and honestly the attitude the lady gave me while yelling at me was uncalled for especially if all I was trying to do was open the door. Obviously once I noticed the door was closed I would’ve left. But thanks for the “service” will no longer come here. As a person who works with customer service everyday your associate just “ “isn’t it”! Saturday...
