GREEN HILLS — Local services in Pine Castle

Green Hills is the Gold Standard of grocery store. They offer lots of hight quality produce and different food items you won't find most places. They are a great place to go to find something tasty and healthy. Whether it's for breakfast, lunch or dinner. They have a beautiful selection!!! I was happy to find smoked fishes including my favorite, smoked salmon!!!Amazing great choice of salami!!! The bakery section is gorgeous!!! Bread was so tasty!!! My favorite section is the cheese section also and Great Serbian grocery section featuring authentic foods and meat.Milk,buttermilk yogurt was best what I tryed!!! They cater to everyone with attention!!! Great costumer service!!! All sellers want to help and provide all information about products to find best items what you need and now that I have bought my favorite produce I want to come back here again and again ! I find really good products in the best European tradition and quality items that are on sale only here. Awesome vibe in the store. It's clean, trendy, and the only negative id say is I always end up spending more than I want... because everything looks so good and you're paying for quality.I feel this grocery store was open with love and big care...

I will give it 2 stars, because of the woman who worked here today at the deli section. I have asked her to give me one small slice of salami to try, as I was not sure if this is the one i liked from the past. She was really rude about that. Said she doesn't think she can cut one for me. I showed her open package that she could cut. She finally cut me tiny piece, which i accidently dropped on a counter. As i was peeling it, i asked for another slice (as i was not sure if the counter clean). She responded rudely that she was not going to keep cutting it so i would stand there and eat. Then i asked her to cut 9 pieces for me, she asked me to put myself in her shoes, that to cut it for me she would need to peel it and then to cut it. At this point i got lost. Why was she there?! There is a machine to cut meats, there are open packages of meat, that were cut before. Is she there just to give you a whole big package of meat? Holy Cow. I don't remember last time somebody was that rude to me. Not to mention, my husband who doesn't speak russian, was next to me, and he could tell this woman was...

Yesterday, May 4, I arrived at your store at 8:55pm. Since I was driving 30 miles, I couldn't get there faster after work. I knew what I needed and quickly started taking what I needed, there were two salespeople on this shift, they spoke and behaved disgustingly to me. They told me not to touch anything and to leave the store, which closed after I came in at 8:55pm. I apologized to them, but they shouted at me that my apology was not needed!!!! I have never felt so humiliated. I left the store at 9:07pm. I bought products for $ 263, I always spend more money in this store. But after such humiliation and behavior of the salespeople, I will never go there again. I would fire people with such negative behavior immediately. If a person carries anger at work as if it were hard labor, then it is better not to go. And make room for a person who will love their job and give a good mood to others.
