Attention at the showroom is nice and we really felt good, we bought 4 items, however 1 buffet wasn’t in stock by that time, around $1,100 we agreed to wait 2 months for delivery on 02/29 the sales person told us that could be even before, 3 weeks after that date nothing happened, we have been waiting since November.
Update 02/23: they communicated with me with a really reasonable solution and updates, I understand the current difficulties they are trying hard to improve the customer care.
Update 03/01: they sent me the missing buffet last Friday and came in broken, Carlos, from the warehouse called me to give the bad new and told me that someone from the office will call me and didn’t happen, I called them at 4:45pm and the person at the office told me that doesn’t have any information about that issue. No ETA yet. They promised me a gift with the delivery but nothing came nothing.
Update 03/05: finally I received the buffet 5 weeks late. After my last call 03/01 they just called my for a delivery confirmation, didn’t heard anything back from the office, I was told they will send me a paint as a “gift” per the inconveniences, well they send a 2 junk used stuff that looks like came from a garage sale and I’m talking that I spent around $3,500. Read morePlease don't waste your time or money on this store! We were not even acknowledged when we went in to shop, however I had been looking online and already knew what I wanted to order. So, after walking around a bit, we went to the sales associste (sitting in her chair taling with the other sales associate) to order the furniture. She checked their shipments and told me half of our order would be delivered the following week and the other half would be up to two weeks later. This was months ago. They barely answer the phones at the store. I was given the cell number for our sales associate, but she hardly answers my calls and texts. The store will tell you to call the warehouse when you call to check on your order status. The warehouse hasn't answered my calls. Ever. They finally answered me a month into waiting and ended up delivering my bed. They delivered the bed without all of the parts and said they would be coming back within the next week to deliver the remaining parts. That still hasn't happened. I am still missing my two night stands and a dresser. I cannot get an update from anyone. This place is a total scam!
