I typically am a frequent customer of miniso, but I had a terrible experience at this location. The sign when entering the store said 30% off for black friday, so I shopped the store and put up my items to purchase at the register as per usual. However, when ringing my items up, every item rang as way more than it said on the shelf. Confused, I went back and showed the person ringing me up the prices next to each item, and she told me that “the prices had changed and the system prices increased but they hadnt updated the isles yet”. If this had been one or two items, I could understand, however, every item i rang was not the price that was displayed. I asked the cashier if she could honor the prices shown, and she said no. Even WITH the 30% off, I would have had to pay almost double what was advertised. I left disappointed, and without any items. I hope that all stores are not updating to higher pricing, as a large appeal of the store is its affordability. If youre interested in visiting miniso I recommend choosing a different location, unless youre willing to pay completely different prices than what you see...
Read moreI took my young daughter to the Florida Mall today in the afternoon and she was super excited to visit this store. Upon entering, the woman employee by the front register informed me that my daughter couldn’t bring in the drink she had in her hand. I told her I understood and asked if I could leave it by the register while we shopped and she flat out said no. I respect their policy to not allow food or drinks inside the store but what bothered me tremendously was how rude this young woman was to me and particularly to my young daughter who was so excited to shop. This young woman had major attitude! Is this how you treat paying customers that visit your store? I’m writing this review in hopes that the owner or manager sees it and gives better training to their employees on how to treat their customers. Read moreI really love this store and i love to wander and take my time. That one employee there is kind of a bit NOT customer service friendly. She has very curt answers that sounds like she's annoyed to answer simple questions. I've been there many times before but on one other occasion I've seen her (and this time) during COVID, both times she's made it clear that HER personal choice is to not ever wear a mask when she is not working there. Like, she relished telling someone this. Which is fine (i guess), but i never asked. I LOVE this store, i love the things in it. And generally the other employees are awesome. I'll even be slightly disappointed because they no longer have things in stock that they used to and it's OK. because i love that store. I don't love that employee.
