Managers need to train staff who prepare and serve food to customers! Ordered a gluten free pasta for a coeliac and it came with bread on top. They wanted to serve it to the coeliac and just take the bread off (contaminated with gluten!), didn’t understand the problem with that and when it was explained why they need to prepare a new one they didn’t have any more gf pasta left. Then they couldn’t work out how to properly issue a refund to the card used - firstly they wanted to do it without the tip that was paid (why would anyone agree to pay a tip for nothing?) and couldn’t work any of it out. $21 for a bowl of spaghetti and meatballs and a can of soda. Kinda ridiculous. And I don't like how they try to trick you by having pictures of the food with "$11.99" in BIG letters then hiding tiny ones above it that state "starting at". This is not some fancy stuff. It's freaking spaghetti and a couple meatballs. And the guy taking the order seemed arrogant and unconcerned about customers. Plus it takes a really long time for you to actually get the food. I had time to get myself food from another vendor AND then my husband got food from a different place as well by the time my daughter's spaghetti was ready. She Saud it did taste fine so I do give credit for that but nothing special about it to justify the price. Will not return...

When I got there there was no line. Service to order was quick. What I told the guy at check out was fettuccine shrimp Alfredo with broccoli. My order total was around $17 my order came out 10 minutes later. When I received the food It was spaghetti shrimp Alfredo with 8 shrimp. Instead of fettuccine shrimp Alfredo with broccoli. The food was hot and taste was better than expected. the overall service could do better in paying attention to what customers...
