Dangerous! If you have food allergies STAY CLEAR OF THIS FOOD STALL!!!!!! I was on vacation with my family 3 days ago. I asked before being served about allergies and was assured there were no such types in the food being served. I ate my food and with in 5-10 minutes I was rushed to hospital vomiting and in severe pain fighting for my life! The worst thing about Ugrean is when I called the management after surviving a anaphylactic episode which could have ended my life in-front of my family’s eyes, they ducked and dived and did not even respond to what had happened? Not even a sorry. Simon Malls management were also notified and still have not responded? How did they allow the business to rock up with out a secure food allergy protocol? If you have a food allergies do not eat here, the management and business directors have not looked into ingredients and have not trained their staff AT ALL!!! It’s been 3 days since the incident, yesterday I went back to the stall only to be told (after emailing them) the director and management where too busy????? Hello???? Didn’t your business and food stall nearly just kill me if it was not for the ambulance service which turned up in time to save me? Too busy????? Also if you have food allergies it’s important to note there is no one trained on site in the food court with First Aid? You have to call 911. Not a safe place to eat if you have food allergies. Read moreEvery time when I come to Florida mall I want to enjoy a smoothie from Ugrean because I love it, but this time I met this angry racist lady called Anna. after only 2seconds when I asked another lady about what she can suggest as a smoothie with strawberry she jumped and started to threaten me by waiving her hand asking me to move on the corner and speaking spanish (I don’t speak spanish) and she was speaking loud like: we have this option do you want it? yeeees or nooo?!! And suddenly she took the next customer and leaving me shocked 😳 !! The other first lady took my order after that and tried to be nice by making my order so thanks for her my smoothie was delicious.
Don’t understand if she has a bad day but this is definitely not the right way to serve customers only because they are confused or want to take a new suggestion. shame on her.
Btw: Another lady mentioned that she is usually talking to customers like that, maybe nobody complains but me I can not be threatened like that in front of my family and other guests...

On the ordering screen, it was clearly stated that each additional protein had a price. The shrimp, would cost $7 per add-on. However, when my bill arrived, I was charged $17.99 for the shrimp. The staff member explained that because I chose chicken first, the shrimp was charged at full price.
At no point was this pricing structure disclosed on the screens, nor was it communicated to me during the ordering process. When I confronted the staff about the discrepancy, explaining that this was unfair and misleading since the information was not displayed, I was only offered an apology and no resolution.
This experience left me feeling deceived, as I made my choices based on the information provided on the screen, which was not accurate or complete. I kindly request clarification on your pricing policy and would appreciate if steps could be taken to ensure that future customers receive clear and accurate information...
