As usually the place was busy. Seated myself. The server was busy so I just waited my turn. When she arrives at my table she apologized as it was dirty. No big deal she was busy. She got me my drinks and brought menus right away as I waited for my sister. Right after my sister sat she was at our table getting her drinks. We didn't wait very long her her to come back and take our orders. Our food was delicious. And we both were surprised with the amount of food we got for the price. We were very happy. Had the cranberry chicken salad wrap with a side of pasta. Cheese curds as the appetizer. The wild rice soup was so good! As busy as she was she made time to check on us and get refills on drinks. Very pleasant young lady! Price was good for the food. All around a great experience. Would definitely go back! And they have Kemps ice cream flavors you can't buy in the store! So so good!

Cute little breakfast place. The historic ceiling is something I'm oddly fascinated by! The options are great for skillet meals (hashbrowns, cheese, eggs, and toast). I had the veggie skilled and added a side of gravy to it, so satisfying for a Sunday morning breakfast! I also had the salted caramel toffee specialty coffee, my only issue was that it was served in a to-go mug (I probably should have specified we weren't just grabbing coffee to go). I love coffee in a mug, but the taste and caffeination was there so not a big complaint, just me being fairly dramatic. We were here at a busy time Sunday morning, this definitely seems like the spot to go! I want to go back to try some more!

What a sweet little cafe with just lovely servers! Quickly seated and service was great. Food came out quickly, hit the spot and was inexpensive for our family of 5. Love that they still served breakfast at 1:15pm! All the food hit the spot and very tasty. This restaurant is across from a public park (our kids played for a bit after we ordered) and next to a gift shop/hardware store you must check out (ask to see the original cash register!) Restaurant has a couple basket of toys, tic tac toe and coloring books to keep the kids busy while we waited for food. Highly recommend for some classic cafe/diner food, awesome service and a sweet little taste of Pine City!

First time here on our way back to cities from up north and passing through. What a delightful cafe with very reasonable prices! The omelets are priced without hash browns which makes it lower cost than most other cafes that include them. That’s nice because not everyone wants hash browns so in that case, your getting a well made omelet from $6.95 to 8.95 instead of $12.50. But, I did get the hash browns and added the extra $3.50 and loved every bite of the entire breakfast.

Our server was very efficient and explained the daily special and was extremely friendly. They even have fresh backed pie, muffins, cookies, along with about 6 kinds of ice cream that they can scoop up. If we are ever in Pine City again, this cafe will be one...
