Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Pine Township

Wow. I’m truly speechless about the experience I had at this Jersey Mikes. It is a new location so I decided to try it out and I was blown away. Not only was the #13 that I ordered amazing, but the service was even greater. And for that reason I had to write down some of the names of the workers I saw doing a great job. Eli was my sub maker who did a phenomenal job and made a sub that I would compare to the Mona Lisa by Picasso. Garrett was the one who cut my sub. I actually measured to see how precise he cut it in half and each half was exactly 3.5000 inches, perfection. Isaiah was the cashier, and to say I had a smooth payment process is an understatement. Isaiah did such an amazing job, I pulled out a $20 from my wallet to put in the tip jar. Isaiah was so blown away by my tip that he pulled out his own wallet and offered to tip me for being a great customer. Of course I declined, but that was definitely a wonderful experience for me. Finally, I can’t forget about Josiah. Josiah was behind the counter sweeping the floor during my visit. I truly could not get my eyes off of Josiah. The way he sweeped his broom across that floor was very elegant. So elegant that I concluded he must have a background experience in some janitorial position. I even went so far to write a handwritten letter to the White House telling them if they ever are in need of a janitor, Josiah is the guy. Overall, 10/10 experience at this Jersey Mikes. As a regular customer of another location, this was absolutely an L of a JMikes trip. This location was absolutely subpar and the experience was rough. I ordered 3 subs for myself and my family. I am gluten free, and ordered a GF sandwich. A few people came in after us and there was one person in front of me. A quick change of gloves is required to make my sandwich, and a fresh paper, but my sandwich was made after the person behind me. My party of 3 ordered all cold subs, and I could have had my sub 5-7 minutes before, as that's how long I had to wait after my family got their subs and sat down. Not to mention, the food line was absolutely covered, and just gross. When the crew member went to finish my sandwich, I asked if I could please have the mayo and bacon, then they'd claimed it was already on the sandwich. They then proceeded to put it on. Really weird experience. To add, the onions on my sandwich were past their par, and I've never had such a poor experience at a Jersey Mikes. I don't recommend this...

I don't want to give a bad review because I won't let one mishap tarnish my view of Jersey Mike's I think they are the best subs I've ever had. Anywhere I travel and see a Jersey Mike's I'm so excited. Yesterday I did an online order so I wasn't physically there to watch them make my turkey sub. Went in and grabbed my order and went to my car. Was so excited. I was driving 3 hours home so I opened immediately. As I'm devouring it, I'm thinking something is missing. I looked at it and picked apart the other half to find it was completely dry. No Mayo, no oil and vinegar. I was so very disappointed thinking how do you forget that. I save the other half for home and added my own Mayo & oil/vinegar. I guess the only positive is it didn't get soggy on my 3 hour drive. I still love...
