i come to this chick fila every now and then when i have the extra money, because it really is expensive, but this time has honestly been the worst ive dealt with. me and my friend ordered two spicy deluxe sandwiches with extra pepper jack cheese, and we got them as meals. with the drink we ordered a white peach sweet tea. both meals were exactly the same. when handed our drinks, i was surprised because we ordered and paid for large meals, however our drinks were a small. i pulled away and we called the store confused, and she proceeded to say they only come in one size. if i knew that then i would have honestly ordered a different drink. no one told us it came in one size when i tried ordering a large. how am i supposed to eat a large meal with a drink thats a small? next, BOTH sandwiches came with EXTRA AMERICAN CHEESE. my friend nor my like american cheese, thats why we ordered pepper jack cheese. now, usually i wouldnt mind, but we didnt notice until we got home, which is a 30 minute drive, and so the cheese was already melted and unable to be picked off. we did not even eat our sandwiches because this just isnt what we ordered. when i tried calling the store asking what could be done about this they went “we will tell our hospitality manager and she will contact you within 48 hours” 48 hours is approaching so i call again, “we have to tell our hospitality manager” at this point its infuriating me because its been two days and i wasnt even able to eat my meal, and now i am not able to get compensated for my wrong meal. finally, this hospitality manager calls me and asks me for my address so they can send me something in the mail. i dont want anything in the mail. i want a refund at this point. i tell her that and she says yeah no problem and asks me to send her my receipt which i do. she then proceeds to tell me thst because it was a cash transaction she cant do a refund and proceeds to ask for my address again. i dont want a gift card, the chances of me coming back are low and i want a refund. dont bother calling when something is wrong with your meal, because they will take forever to even do anything about it. check your food before you leave. i paid 23 dollars for a wrong meal. chick fila is too expensive to be messing around like this and not fixing...
Read moreTL;DR staff is really great and treat ems workers well!
I don't visit chick fil a often, but I was working a shift on the ambulance and my partners wanted to go to chick fil a before we had another call and I didn't object! It was a little before 9p and we couldn't fit in the drive through because our ambulance was too tall (lol) so we decided to just eat in the dining room and leave when we got a call. We didn't realize that the dining room closed at 9p but when we went in, the staff were so nice and allowed us to stay, sit, and eat!
My partner ordered first and asked about an ems discount. She said that some chick fil a locations have them. The girl at the register wasn't sure and alerted her supervisor. Her supervisor said that they did not do ems discounts (not surprising, no one cares about us lol) but they do have a discount for police (again, not surprising, police are really the top of the totem pole when it comes to first responders and we're at the bottom haha). They decided to use the police discount for our orders and we didn't have to pay anything! It was greatly appreciated, as we were so hungry and nearing the end of our shift. I, somewhat naively, thought that we might make it back to the station so I can heat up the food that I meal prepped for the week, but that never happens. I wasn't expecting to pay for food since I brought some from home, but that's just a rookie mistake to think you'll ever have time to heat up a nice meal from home, so it was a nice surprise to not have to pay for my food when I went to a fast food restaurant!
I like the food from chick fil a in general, but the service at this location really...
Read moreWe live several hours east, but have traveled out for our two girls to see a specialist for concussion treatment since having survived a traumatic and nearly fatal pedestrian/auto accident. It’s been two separate visits w/ several days of treatments - and going to Chic Fil A has been THE Highlight for our daughters. Honestly, my heart, soul and tastebuds were warmly satisfied as well. Very friendly staff, quick to make anything right, always aiming to work well together and stay on top of their objectives - all the while taking care of their patrons (even those not “regular” and out of town). A few of the staff learned of the difficult journey our family has been on, and they went above and beyond to be sure we were taken care of. Really good food. Healthy choices and options. Exceptional staff and establishment. Thankful for this restaurant - amazing how they can meet both “fast food” and comfortable “relaxed dining” around breakfast, lunch and dinner/supper. Also appreciate that they support time-tested family values conducive to human...
