Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Pine Township

Would ha e given a zero star if it let me. My daughter and I were there last night to order her a drink. It was 6:50pm. She was looking at the menu to decide what to order. Then she went to the counter to order. There was 1 woman ahead of us. The cashier then told me that she was closed. I said that it shows they're open til 7pm. She said that by the time that she was done making the woman's drinks, that it would be closing time. I told her that we had been standing there since 6:50 and that she should take our order. She didn't even acknowledge that. She very not friendly in any way, even to the customer...

I never go to Starbucks. I was running there for my daughter to get her a light snack as she was starting work and hadn't eaten. I asked for what she wanted, they didn't have that. But that was fine. I'm not hard to please. But it was the attitude and eye roll that I didn't appreciate. Go to a different one. I always go to Starbucks but this morning I had went and ordered something and with lots of attitude the lady said “ we don’t carry that in this blah blah store your only gonna find blah blah “ like okay all you had to say is we don’t carry it and second as I got my food she slid it a crossed the table very roughly.... like she needs to wake up a bit and have a better attitude if she’s gonna work in customer service...
