PINCHO — Restaurant in Pinecrest

I reached out to pincho factory privately via fb message and on their website. They read my fb message but never replied. So after a week and a half i decided to make this public. VEGETERIANS BEWARE . DON'T EAT AT PINCHO FACTORY. I recently fell in love with pincho factory, but i dont think i can go back again unless some things change. I had the veggie burger at the gables location last week and it was spectacular. Yesterday i had the veggie burger at the pinecrest location. This location has an open kitchen. I was able to see my burger cooked and i was not happy. I was actually grossed out. I have not eaten beef in over 4 years. I was saddened by the way my veggie burger was cooked. When i saw what was happening i asked the person delivering food to the tables and people waiting how my veggie burger would be cooked. She told me it would be cooked separately from the beef burgers. I told her thats not what i saw happening and she assured me that the veggie burgers are cooked in a spot where beef does not get cooked so as to not have cross contamination. That's not what happened. I saw the person cooking the burgers set my veggie burger towards the back of the grill and the beef burgers towards the front and middle. I was happy....then he repeatedly used the same spatula used to flip and press the beef burgers to flip and press my veggie burger. Once the beef burgers were done and off the grill area, he dragged my veggie burger to where the meat burgers had been and allowed the veggie burger to cook in the beef burger juices....still using the same spatula to press and cook my burger. I was grossed out. Maybe that's why it tasted delicious, but that also makes your burger not a veggie burger. I am trying to make light of the situation, but i am actually pretty upset. Please change this practice. I hope to go back soon and see that this has been changed. Additionally, the girl preparing the burger had gloves on, but does not understand the concept of why gloves are worn. She was rubbing the back of another employee with the gloves on and then without changing gloves, proceeded to bun the burger patties and prep the food. Touching her hair with the gloves on and then touching the buns is the same as not...

Having a Pincho Factory open in Pinecrest was really exciting, so I finally was able to make it out today. I've always had a burger and the tater tots - so good! I had a burger last night so wanted something on the lighter side. My bestfriend and I both ordered dishes with chicken, I had a bowl & she had a pita wrap. I was starving. As I take my first bite I experience a saltiness that's next level. I kept eating because I have to work now and an incredibly long evening ahead of me. My bestfriend shortly took a bite from her pita & the saltiness became to unbearable. Thankfully I had ordered a rice bowl that was half salad half rice, so I started to finish that. Neither of us could finish the chicken. Being that I work in the biz, I always like to give feedback, but I know the importance of it. When I approached one of the cooks, she explained that, they are aware that the chicken is TOO SALTY but can't do anything because they have to abide by the recipe. I thought it was incredibly unfortunate. La mano de sal que tenia ese pollo, ya se me estaba subiendo la precion. Well, that's the last time in go to Pincho. Hope you guys can make adjustments to the recipe...

We've been long time customers because of their food quality which made them different from all the others but yesterday we had a really bad experience, I would say they were the WORST HAMBURGERS we've ever had, not sure what kind of meat Pincho is using now but our hamburgers had NO FLAVOR and NO COLOR at all, they also changed the bread which was also flavorless, like a $0.99 bread or something of that sort. On top of that, once we got home we ALL had a really bad stomach ache followed with vomiting and diarrhea :( Not sure if their AC is broken, but the restaurant was very hot, so hot there was a big fan blowing hot air...I also noticed that same temperature when we ate there about a month ago, I didn't make a big deal out of it because I thought it was due to our hot summer days...but same hot atmosphere made it unpleasant to eat inside yesterday. Pincho needs to go back to ALL their original ingredients ASAP PLEASE, what happened? We're afraid of going back because of how bad we felt after...
