Absolutely terrible experience — I do NOT recommend this place if you truly care about your pet. I came in around 3 a.m. with my pregnant dog who was having complications during labor. She had already delivered 4 puppies at home, and we rushed in to ensure everything was okay. To my shock, they refused to even touch her until I paid over $1,000 just for a check-up. Once payment was made, the delay continued — I had to constantly ask them to hurry up, provide milk for the puppies, and place them in an incubator. The staff moved extremely slow, and it was beyond frustrating. When they finally did a radiograph, the doctor saw that one puppy was stuck and all the others inside her were presumed dead — it was already 6 a.m. But then the most shocking part: the doctor told me the C-section wouldn’t happen until 9 a.m. — three hours later! This is supposed to be an emergency facility. I even asked the doctor (a blonde woman) if this delay could endanger my dog’s life, and she admitted, “Yes, it could be dangerous.” That was the final straw for me. I left and took my dog somewhere else — a place where the staff actually cared. The new vet immediately prepared her for surgery. Turns out, she had 10 puppies inside, and 5 were still alive. Sadly, none of them made it because she had been left waiting too long. If I had gone to this second clinic in the first place, some of those puppies might still be alive today. 💔 I’m beyond grateful that my dog survived thanks to the new vet, but this whole ordeal was traumatic and infuriating. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your animal’s life and want care from people who are actually compassionate...

They all seem nice, but that’s it! They will nicely tell you that the doctor will call you with the results you are waiting urgently to know whether or not to give the meds… several times you call in a period of 5 days and they will nicely NOT CALL YOU BACK! I work in healthcare and if I do that to a patient, the physician will have me fired in a heart beat. Then I ask to get the results emailed, they will nicely lie (on a third time call within the same hour) and say they are sending them. It’s been 12 hrs and I never got this email. I am beyond frustrated of the level of negligence, their prices are not great either but the negligence should really keep you away! Not only that, they don’t seem to be organized at all, when asked about the turn around time for the results I got 3 different answer, including the physician. So the training is not done correctly or they just give you answers to keep you from bothering them. Places that show lack of accountability and organization, mean they really don’t care about their costumers but only their money, please go somewhere else. This is not worth the money...

Dr.Johnson, Dr. Maristany and Dr. Gonzalez, are exceptional Doctors. Their team is amazing. They are our primary veterinarians for all of my five cats health needs. I trust them a thousand percent with any health issues that may arise, their diagnosis and the effectiveness of the recommended treatment. You never feel rushed you never have to wait an unreasonable amount of time, due to their excellent team work, organizational skills and professionalism. The entire staff is friendly, kind, sweet, thoughtful and committed to make the visit a positive stress-free experience for my pets and I. They have the ability in making me feel the love that they have for animals. They are patient understanding and I trust all of my babies in their hands. They have always accommodated us if an unexpected visit arises. I highly recommend this 10 star facility where their state of the art equipment and immaculate clinic show the quality of their care.
