Starbucks — Restaurant in Pinecrest

Checked online to see what time Starbucks had opened. It said 0600am. My partner was traveling to homestead this morning trying to get a coffee. Thought stopping here would be convenient but turns out it wasn’t convenient at all and Starbucks wasted our time. We showed up and the doors weren’t open but the lights were on. Drive through was closed. We then saw two baristas inside. I stood by the door, I was ignored. So then I called. The phone rang for a long time before someone answered it. Finally when it was answered the barista rudely said hello. I asked what time they opened. He said 0630. I said well your online hours were posted at 0600 you might want to change that. He ignored me. I asked him if he heard what I said and he said no, so I repeated again you might what to change your hours online. He said that they can’t fix that problem. But the store doesn’t even have hours posted on the outside either. Thanks for adding more time to our drive...

What a pleasant time at this Starbucks!!!

Is located on a shopping center on US1 and their parkiNg lot is not that big but I got my space.

They have a few tables outside but I sat inside where I was treated amazing by all the staff and specially this lady that I think she might be the manager.

I worked there for 3 hours and she kept on coming to check on me if I was on or if I needed anything.

Because the way I am, I also noticed that she was equally nice with everyone too and making sure everything was in order. She helped the workers too and all with a great attitude.

I loved it.

I was very disappointed with this store. First, at the drive thru, the person was very unfriendly. I ordered a drink and food item which was followed by a very unenthusiastic, rude, monotone sounding anything else? anything else? anything else? I ordered something relatively simple and they made it wrong the first time which was very shocking because it was just a refresher with syrup and blended. what i received looked like a white snow cone (super icy) with strawberries on top. They fixed it and I don’t take it personally but I feel bad for actual customers that have had to go through this horrible customer service, I don’t think I’m gonna be...
