My friends on Yelp know that I love this place, they know this because I check in a few times a month and feel no remorse for it whatsoever lol. It's definitely my favorite Ice Cream spot. Chill-N is such a unique but simple idea. Take some dairy, add some flavoring, throw in some mix-ins and then super cool it all using the power of liquid Nitrogen.

The staff is made up of friendly faced teenagers whom seem to actually enjoy coming to work. Even when the line is peeking out the door. I like the "chemistry-style" experience of ordering your ice cream off a wall chart that resembles the periodic table of elements.

I recommend the: Bs/Ce/Nt + Kd

It's Biscotti + Coffee + Nutella flavoring added to your ice cream which has a krispy kreme donut mixed in. IT'S AMAZING! Try it, you'll thank me.

This review is mainly written in hopes management takes it seriously enough to do a thorough cleaning. This use to be our absolute favorite ice cream shop, would drive 45 mins any day of the week to have it. We just came back after 3 years being away, and I’m so disgusted. From the moment I walked in, I immediately had to ask if there was a new owner. Could not recognize what was one a clean, modern, inviting place.

The bathroom has feces and urine splattered thought different places, the toilet paper dispenser was broken and there was a half dirty roll sitting on top of the toilet. The mirror, the floors, the baseboards were disgusting. The amount of built up dust in the whole entire place, the built up grim in the whole place, the walls black with marks and dents. I have to wonder, what are we consuming if there is just nastiness everywhere -the whole experience left such a bad taste in our mouth.

Their cleanliness is so far gone, we immediately lost trust in the quality of the product and the integrity of the ingredients. What was once a gem in pinecrest, is not recognizable.

I went in today and asked if it was possible to get a small ice cream based, chocolate and vanilla combo and the employee at the register answered yes. I followed up with asking if they had any kind of chocolate syrup that was the hardening kind, even explaining that it gets hard after feeling the cold of the ice cream and the employee again answered an enthusiastic "yes!" I was surprised but went along with it as he rang me up, and waited the couple of minutes it took since there were a couple orders ahead. When I get my ice cream, it looks like a plain chocolate ice cream so I check the side ticket and that's exactly what it is. I ask the two employees who wee behind the counter about the things I had asked and they told me that they didn't have anything like that.... I answered why would the employee beforehand (who had gone to the side of the store at this time) tell me that they did offer these additions. I paid almost $6 for a plain chocolate ice cream that was already melting when handed to me....
