Unfortunately every time I visit, this place needs a good cleaning , the kitchen and counters are always dirty. The floors and tables always need cleaning, and the employees don't seem to care. Management needs to take better care of this location .. I went with my daughter and sister , we order to go , it was 8:15 no food in the containers , the associate did not look to happy , when I paid , asked for water cups , since it was to go , I asked for lids and straw , a lady jumped grab the cups and stated she need it to serve the water because of covid , then at the drink station she was going to serve our water , to me that was strange because of Covid 19 safety guidelines, I asked her why she was doing this ? If I go to three different Chipotles and no one served my drinks , and she need it to keep her distance from me , I asked her to give me the cups , because of covid I did not wanted her to touch our cups , and it was her attitude towards the situation , horrible ! I asked if she serves the drinks of every Costumer ? She did not like the question , obviously she had attitude of intimidation , the employees were intimidated by this Lady named Jasmine “ .. she stated she was the store Manager .. she was not worried about having food in the counter , like I said it was a mess , and she said they were about to close , and that is why they had no more food .. she got upset because I replied but is 8:15 ? This is incredible ? She then got a very nasty attitude towards Us ! I grab my cup and said I am going to serve my self , I don’t want you touching our cups ! And that she was not following the covid safety guidelines, she then said i will film you and call the cops ! I just did not listen because I was not doing nothing inappropriate, I was upset towards this Lady’s attitude , and she did call the Authorities “ .. my daughter couldn’t believe what we were experienced , the Officer came to us and asked me , we told him the situation , he apologized and said I understand , sorry for the bad experience , but you guys need to leave the restaurant , I said why this is happening , this lady have no costumer service, and that her attitude was not appropriate, the employees looked intimidated by this...
Read moreIf Mr. Brian Nichols, CEO would have been here last night on 01/10/2022 as undercover at the Chipotle in Pinecrest, Fl he would have not believe how filthy thls place was, the meat food containers were mostly empty, all the garbage canisters were overflowing with garbage, tables and chairs were not clean, there were no utensils and napkins in their containers. It took more than 15 minutes to take our orders and no one was in front of us. We did see employees gathering and talking while we were waiting still in line and a couple of more people were behind us also waiting. Some of the food items did not look fresh at all. After we got taken care of, we ask the female hispanic employee with the black ponytail, to please give us some utensils and she shows me some spoons and I told her I cannot eat lettuce and the rest of our food with a spoon, we need forks and knives. So, she finally gives us the forks. We also had told her in our order that we want 1 cup for water and 1 cup for a small soda and she went ahead and charged us for 2 sodas and we ask her why and her response was we dont have cups for water. So, I told her that it is not right to charge for something that we are not going to have. She gave us a look, like she didnt care. Read moreThis chipotle is a mess. This is the only chipotle I have ever been to that makes you pay extra for getting a side of tomatoes or cheese. I have even asked my family members if they have ever payed for sides, and they were confused not at my question, but rather at the fact that they wouldn’t understand how they would charge me for the side. Also, the most recent time that I have gone to order a meal they were in the process of cooking chicken and rice. I waited till the the chicken was complete, but by the time it came out I was still waiting for the rice. Then a lady went to take her order after waiting for the chicken, but instead of being able to take her order the server hadn’t told her that there was no white rice either. She went insane about the matter, and the server at her last resort decided to go to the to go serving area and take the white rice that had been there prepared for the past 25 minutes of me waiting there. I don’t know how else to emphasize this besides saying that these people don’t care about there customers in store, and rather have the to go station prepared for the non existent online customers. Also I have been going to this place because it is the closest one to my house and have realized that I have never seen a single employee that has lasted for than 3 months working there.
