I am writing to formally express my concern and disappointment regarding an incident I witnessed during my visit to your restaurant on October 16, 2025, between 6:00 PM and 6:30 PM.
While waiting for my order (a Kubideh platter), I observed two employees engaging in behavior that was both unprofessional and troubling from a food safety standpoint. One was a petite male wearing a baseball cap, and the other was a young female employee with highlighted hair, also wearing a cap and eyeglasses. They were slouched near the pickup window, casually eating what appeared to be fries and pieces of chicken without gloves, while conversing with one another.
What was especially concerning was that the female employee licked her fingers during this interaction. This behavior is not only highly unsanitary but also entirely inappropriate in any food service environment. As a customer, witnessing this while waiting for my order was extremely off-putting. I seriously considered canceling my order but ultimately proceeded because I felt uneasy about canceling due to my credit card being on file and not knowing how it would be handled.
Despite taking the order, I was so disturbed by what I had witnessed that I ended up discarding the food in a nearby garbage can. As a result, I essentially wasted over $18 due to the unacceptable conditions I observed.
Additionally, I saw the male employee put on gloves without washing his hands after eating, then begin preparing food for another customer. This is a clear violation of basic hygiene and food safety protocols and is extremely concerning. This experience has raised serious concerns regarding staff training, food handling practices, and overall professionalism within your establishment. I strongly encourage you to review your surveillance footage from the specified date and time to confirm these observations.

UNFORTUNATELY, it was an unpleasant experience. I arrived at the place and there were only my wife, my daughter and me. Many online orders came out and after 20 minutes I asked the manager about my order to eat at the place. I couldn't justify it with anything other than SORRY, IT'S NOT READY YET, you have to wait 15 more minutes. I asked them to cancel the order and they didn't know how to do it, I preferred to give them the opportunity to wait and when they delivered the food it was not well presented, everything was mixed and the tenderloin was cold, the chicken was raw inside (Combo Salad).
