Mino Express Hibachi Grill — Restaurant in Pinellas Park

I Love Mino 💗 My family stops by to get a bunch of meals pretty often right now and it's a blessing. We drive all the way down from Palm Harbor to get our Mino fix because there's just no match for their prices, portions, and flavors.

The food is consistently delicious, fresh, fast, and overall wonderful. You can see them cooking right through the drive thru window! The people here are awesome, too. It's family-owned & family-run, and everyone is so sweet and kind.

My favorite meal is the chicken hibachi with mushrooms and I get a side order of zucchini and onions to mix into my leftover fried rice. Make sure to get extra sauce!!!! You won't necessarily need it, they give you a four oz. container of Mino sauce with every meal which is plenty, but trust me when I say you're going to want it. You'll wanna have jars of this stuff in your fridge, I promise you. The Mino sauce is my personal fave but my mom loves the teriyaki and ginger, too. Even just typing this up I made myself crave it. While Visiting my Vietnamese spots in Pinellas Park. I passed Mino’s. Decided to stop by later on for dinner. Utilized their drive thru service and I was surprised of the quality of meats for their meals!

I ordered the Steak and Chicken that had mushrooms broccoli and zucchini and onions. Boy was my meal big! My box was filled with white meat chicken and steak with an abundance of veggies and some fried rice.

It smelled so good in my car. Once I got back to my hotel room, I started to eat it. They also gave me a cup of sauce that I was hesitant to try. About a 1/4 way through my meal, I decided to try it. OMG was I missing out. This sauce took the meal to a whole other level. I started dipping my meats and veggies at first but then decided to just pour the whole sauce in my box.

Amazing food and service! We frequent this location about 3 times per month. The portions are so large that I always have leftovers. They are very attentive, and the food is such good quality as well. For the price you'd pay for a single entree at a sit down hibachi place, you can get 2 full dinners and sides. With covid, we've had to tighten our belts, and Mino Express is such a good price that I can sometimes make 1 entree last for 2 dinners and a snack or lunch. The workers are always so nice, and they even asked us if there was a particular way they wanted the food bagged bc my gf is neurotic about checking and sorting to go food a certain way.
