Bojangles — Restaurant in Pinellas Park

Very upset to see bone-in chicken isn’t on the menu!! Please revise this choice…

After visit: service was fast and efficient customer service was great. Very disappointed there is no sausage, berry biscuits Bone in chicken along with all the things on their website. Also, they didn’t have butter. Hopefully They will improve the menu, The biggest letdown was my sweet tea. It tastes nothing like the sweet tea in Georgia, hopefully this is looked into

Day 5, I’m Pretty sure I’ve been here every day since opening day, with that being said today was the first day I went during dinner time, line was a little longer than normal but it was Saturday night. The girls in the drive thru didn’t know the menu very well, and struggled to ring in the right meal. Although they were friendly, I wanted Mac and cheese kids meals, they eventually got my order right, I then was hit in the drive thru by the person behind me, after this I double checked my order before paying and got home to my family size rice being half full, my starry tasting like carbonated water and my kids meals were chicken tenders not Mac and cheese. Very disappointed. At least the tea tasted...

North Carolinian here and long time Bojangles fan!

This review isn't to put down this location, but I hope it will instead help it. Id hate for the ONLY bojangles we have in west florida to shut down or fail.

For me, im not going to complain about the wait or small dining area, as its a new restaurant and they are ironing out the kinks. But I do have a a few issues.

The chicken filet biscuit I had did not seem to be the same chicken you get in GA, SC or NC. It seemed different. It also wasn't quite cooked all the way as it was somewhat hard and chunky.. The biscuits on the sandwich was good.

The bo-berry biscuits are dry, and they should be soft and buttery almost, which they were not.. but they were still good!

They also dont have bone in chicken, which to me isn't a big deal, but I can see why others are upset. Me personally, if I want tenders im going to Guthries...

Last but the most important issue, the sweet tea. Listen, its fast food, idc about it being healthy, thats why I am coming here.. that sweet tea is UNSWEET! Dump a few extra bags of sugar in it!

I want to start off by saying, chill out people. They have only been open for 3 days. If you didn't expect this place to be slammed packed every second for the first week or two, then you obviously don't realize the hype of this place. I'm sure the staff is overwhelmed and working as hard as they possibly can to accommodate everyone.

With that being said, the food was amazing! I don't eat their fried chicken so them not having it on the menu is no big deal for me. We usually get their supremes, so when I didn't see it on their menu, I was disappointed. But come to find out, their chicken is spicy just like the supremes, so it was a win, win for us. I think the chicken is better than the ones in Georgia and North Carolina.

I'm sure things will calm down a bit in the coming days and be more manageable for the staff. I'm happy that everyone is upset because of them not having bone-in chicken. That just means less of a wait time for...
