Start off with I drove all the way from Pasco county down to this store cuz I just wanted to check them out and see what they had.... I am a very avid armor model builder and I spend a lot of money on my models and my paint and supplies. when I walked in there was a large group of people in the back working on I believe what was Gundam models which is what the store mostly is....now they did not have any armor models but I will say they had one hell of a selection of Valero and mig paints...I was planning on buying quite a bit of paint but I wanted to know the prices. I was going to spend some money on a lot of washes and paint that I needed.. I was there for over 20 minutes and in that tiny little store.. and not once did somebody asked me if I needed anything nobody welcome me to the store..either they don't know anything about customer service or maybe it's cuz I didn't walk in with a gundam model in my hands... Finally me and my friend just decided to leave, amazingly enough as we walked out the door I heard have a good day....I will not be returning to this store and will not recommend it to anybody until they work on their customer...

You know I realise my numerous times going through the store, I never really bothered to give it a review online.

I do very much enjoy this shop, the prices are very reasonable and fair compared to other hobby shops that I feel overcharge a bit and will defently save you some cash from those shipping costs if you buy online.

I go there for the gundam model kits, quite recently they added a warhammer section as well. The business is constantly growing so defently follow their facebook page.

They don't quite carry any P-Bandai kits though, so your going to rely on USA Gundam Store online for that or eBay. You can request a kit though.

They don't carry just bandai kits, but also Si-Fi kits like star trek and a lot of plane and car kits from old kits to new.

Their paint selection is also quite nice, and not to mention the store is family owned. The owner Bryan is very knowledgeable great for anyone who is just starting or is an experienced model builder he is just a great guy overall.

Fantastic shop and great owner that provides outstanding customer service.

I was immediately greeted by Bryan when I walked in the door. I'm getting back into modeling having not touched it since my teenage years. Bryan was helpful as could be answering my questions concerning paints, showing me products relevant to my project, and giving me helpful suggestions on current best practices.

Although it's almost a 40 mile drive to his shop, there's no question in my mind that I'll strive to give as much of my business as possible to Bryan. Model Citizen is exactly what any good retailer should...
