Mexico Lindo Supermarket — Restaurant in Pinellas Park

I recently dined at Mexico Lindo, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I stepped in, I was greeted by the friendliest staff who made me feel right at home.

I ordered the carne asada with enchiladas, and it was absolutely delicious. The carne asada was perfectly seasoned and tender, while the enchiladas were full of rich, authentic flavors that you can only get from a true Mexican kitchen. Each bite felt like a celebration of traditional Mexican cooking.

What really made the experience special was the welcoming atmosphere. The staff were attentive, kind, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a wonderful time. It’s rare to find such a combination of great food and warm hospitality in one place.

I went in specifically looking for chicharons and unfortunately I missed them. All the fresh ones had already been sold. But the girl behind the cash register made sure to let the manager, Tony, know what I was looking for. She didn't have to do that, I didn't ask her to, she's just chose to go above and beyond. I looked around the store and the restaurant and then went and looked around the butcher area and while I was there Tony noticed some chicharones that were setting up on the top of the countertop. He asked the butcher about them and the butcher said that somebody did not come to pick them up. Lucky me! Tony allowed me to buy one of the three pounds that were there. I was so happy. My dad purchased a pound of chicharones (pork rinds) on Saturday 9/2 and when we went to eat them they looked all nasty and green so we went to return them when another customer approached us and said that the whole case of pork rinds have maggots and worms. We checked and there was worms coming out of all the pork rinds. We went to talk the manager and he didn’t care at all he just took back our bag and threw them in the trash and gave my dad his 10$ back. He didn’t make an effort to go check the food they just kept selling like normal. He said the owner will contact my dad and he hasn’t made an effort to contact him.
