Highly recommend this place! I love the teas here- my favorite is the Red High Heels with level 2 caffeine (flavor: Rasberry, Strawberry-Kiwi & Lavender!). I used to get a refresher from Starbucks as my afternoon pick me up but I wanted an alternative to the high calorie/ high sugar drink- hello Pinellas Nutrition! 30 calories or less and tastes BETTER than the refresher I was craving at Starbucks!! Plus so many health benefits, service is great- owners Stephanie and Arturo treat you like family; so friendly- absolutely wonderful experience!

Donuts!!- I just tried one of their protein donuts and it was AMAZING!! For some reason I assumed a protein donut would have a dense consistency- not the case; these are light and fluffy like regular donut but without all the calories and sugar- absolutely delicious! Fresh baked daily- this was the PERFECT afternoon snack to get me through my work day; felt full and focused with no sugar crash!

I had looked at the reviews and the high rating on multiple platforms and decided to drive the 15 mins to try this place out. It may not look like much from the outside, but I don't judge a book by its cover, and the hundreds of reviews can't be wrong! Although it would appear as though one of the pictures contained in a review was wrong, as this person labeled a picture of an Acai Bowl (my absolutely GO TO) when in fact they don't really have bowls with an Acai base; however, there Berry Bowl is the closest thing to it I was told. That is definitely true. The Berry Bowl was a great choice! I left out the nuts though, but all the other ingredients were spot on! Wow wow wow.. I am originally from St. Pete. But we have moved away and are here for spring break. I was looking for a nutrition spot and came across this one searching google. I read the reviews and knew that this is the place that I wanted to come!! 😊 Can I just say the customer service, the friendliness, the atmosphere is amazing 🤩 oh my gosh!!!!!! I got the pretty in pink with lavender added based off a customer that was in front of me who ordered it! I’ve never tasted anything sooo good in my life. Also grabbed my two girls a kids shake.
