So I’ve been here around 5-6 times now over the course of a year. I’ve had many great experiences but I did have a slightly poor experience today. First of all I love their food and service is quick and respectful. But today, the young man I had encountered over the phone call, I asked for “a dish”, a fried crispy scallion chicken dish with fried rice and egg roll. I unfortunately walked in confused and stuttered to see my bag had two boxes inside. The man mentioned my dish with lo mein, which confused me as I had paid over 20 dollars for what I thought was a dish. I was thinking, oh just inflation I guess but I do recall the worker mentioning the price of the dish was in the teens during the phone call. I get nervous.. so it’s my fault but I wish I had informed him I didn’t order two dishes for myself. It’s my fault for allowing it to happen but I’m just weird and didn’t want them to waste food so I just regrettably bought food I didn’t want. Please make sure to for now on verify the order and the end of the phone call. Also side note, could just be my current appetite but I just lost the desire to eat my food and extra food in front of me. Sucks

I should mention I did walk back inside hoping after asking him if this was truly my order, he’d question what I thought was wrong with the order but he just confidently affirmed the order was correct, so I just accepted it… again my...

We've eaten here several times and the food is excellent. They cook shrimp and scallops perfectly. Their "spicy", isn't all that spicy. But that's relative, as everyone has their own comfort level. Nothing is greasy, including the fried rice. They provide a nice amount of sauce, and the sauces I've tried so far are delicious and well-balanced. The food is served quickly, but they bring the food out when it's ready, so a table may not all be served at the same time. Fortunately, the food is piping hot, so this isn't much of a problem. Tonight I ordered a combination of chicken and shrimp with Asian eggplant in garlic sauce. It was wonderful. The Ginger Chicken is equally delicious. There are perfectly cooked green beans, mixed in with the chicken, and lovely little slivers of ginger add a bit of zing! All main courses come with fried or white rice and either a spring or egg roll. Portions are very generous, enough so we usually take at least a third home. Now this is our go-to place for Chinese food. And the fortunes are all positive...

I’ve been a repeat customer for about two years. Today my family came in to order take out and the front staff was different from the familiar faces I remember. Well my wife, sister in law and myself ordered the same dish and all had the same issue. The fried chicken wings were all over cooked. When my sister in law proceeded to let the staff know they refused to acknowledge there was a problem and she walked out with a new dish she didn’t ask for. So my wife went inside and tried to speak with them and simply ask them to refund my sister in law’s chicken order. They said they didn’t do refunds and threatened to call the police! There was no arguments being made but simply and conversation. A gentleman came from the kitchen and apologized and offered to refund the chicken order. The hostess who threatened to call the police then proceeded to tell him my sister in law ask for something else! This has been a bizarre experience and the food was not good. I’m not sure what’s going on but the front staff needs customer...
