Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Pinole

Cold stone is horrible and needs to be closed..I bring my 84 year old mother in at least 3 times a week.on 3/3/23, I ordered a “love it signature” and a “gotta love it” size mixed icream no toppings..together I paid $14. .00 dollars and change , and I gave a tip.When I got home they were both •love it” sizes..so turned around and went back to tell of the cashiers mistake Instead of listening..the cashier immediately got nasty claiming that she did my order correctly. Another employee called the manager and the Manager instructed the employee to sell me a love it at a discounted price. He made the ice cream and charged me $6,99 ..this is the same price as the “Gotta love it??? So because he made itI didn’t want to argue and upset my mom. So I paid it..My total for the night was over &21 , which is way more than I pay..my usual bill is $14 for 2 Gotta love it sizes. This generation is not into good customer service at all..They are rude and nasty. Cold Stone in Pinole, Ca, will not get another dime of our money..

I’ve come here about three times already and I can confidently give an honest review. The employees working there are a big problem. Every time I’ve walked in the staff look and act very annoyed to the point where it’s a little uncomfortable and awkward to be served. There’s a male staff there with a little ponytail who is passive aggressive and looks agitated when he see’s the line of people coming in. Look, I get it, I would be annoyed too but when the bad attitude affects what I buy then I’ma say something. The girl who served me looked annoyed serving me and didn’t have the Reese’s pieces I originally wanted for my ice cream. So I asked for a Oreo Overload and she literally put three (3) Oreos on a love size and barely even broke it up to be spread through the ice cream with measly chocolate chips and fudge. I turned a blind eye the last two times but please don’t be skimping out of toppings for peoples ice cream just because you hate your job...

Line was out the door and Only two people were working the front. One working (i assume) the to-go orders and the other, a purple haired dude making the in-store orders. Waited in line for about twenty minutes while he made two orders. His priorities weren’t making customers orders, this employee straight up walked away from the woman and went to the bathroom. Another guy walked in from off the street wearing a sweatshirt and just started making himself ice cream. No hat or hair net, no apron, just a UCLA sweatshirt.
