I went to this Chuck E Cheese with my family on a Saturday evening (5p-7:30p). Parking was a challenge, even with a huge parking lot, but it was Saturday, so that's to be expected. When we went in, it was fully booked, full of other families with their kids, a very long line to order food and no obviously open tables. Every game or ride seemed occupied and there were children running wild, having a great time. We cleaned off our own table once we were sure that no one was still using it. We didn't have to wait ridiculously long for our pizza and it was surprisingly decent (it came to us hot and fresh too). Fountain drinks were calibrated nicely, so we enjoyed our rootbeer. Our kids were able to play and have a great time, despite the crowded atmosphere. The crowd itself was laid back, it was just packed!! I suppose that added to the overall fun of the experience. It really wasn't bad at all, considering how busy it was. Bathrooms needed some attention, but considering how crazy it was, I have to give the employees credit for the shape the place was in, with all the chaos. Security was on point and the fella at the entrance did did a great job checking stamps on people, etc. I even saw employees providing swift customer service to parents and children. They were responsive when flagged down and were kind to customers. People have a lot of bad reviews for this place, but for me and my family, we really enjoyed our time and appreciated how the employees did their best and even kept up with the hurricane of excited children and their parents! If they could afford a dedicated bathroom attendant, the place would be stellar! But what business is going to do that?! That's why we take responsibility as consumers, and as parents bringing our children to a children's place! It's not going to be spotless and perfect like a 5-star restaurant...if you want that, go to one that will accommodate your children and their friends running wild with games and play spaces. Yeah, you won't find one, especially if you don't want your wallet to take a massive hit. With that said, we will surely return for more fun! We could only hope for better stocked, cleaner restrooms, but as it is, it's certainly doable. The kids love it and that's what matters! I bet this place is even better when it's less crowded and crazy. Thanks Chuck E Cheese employees and security! You made it safe and fun for me and my kids tonight. Food...
Read moreGood morning , although it is very difficult for me to have to contact chuckecheese customer service for the first time ever for multiple reasons this year I would have to share my experience this time because it was very hard for us. We went on 11/17/22 for my daughters 4th and while we were barely getting situated there was a situation that out broke between a few employees, I’m pretty sure if the cameras are working you will be able to see the altercation I don’t think it’s at all appropriate for a child environment to have the language and that type of personal problems happen while children are present nevertheless during a birthday party that is supposed to be special. Aside from this very unpleasant experience my two children have been affected with a high fever and diarrhea a few days after having attended this particular chuckecheese. We constantly visit this company all over the Bay Area but we felt like this time we’d like to try this location, all the machines handles were very filled with grease upon touch. I’m not sure if it was from earlier that day but we specifically chose a time and day where we knew it was not going to be busy at all so that my children could enjoy the machines. And while it was not busy whatsoever there may have been around two more families in the entire facility, I don’t think that there was any sanitation nor any cleaning methods were up to date on this specific time or day, or at least during our 3 hours visit resulting in my children being very sick. They’re pediatrician suggests that this could have been from picking up bacteria from this visit. I’m just very upset that this specific visit left us with such things and such a different experience than every single other time while visiting a chuckecheese. I hope that by me sharing this experience this location will be able to work on a few things that are very critical to children’s safety starting from physical altercation that could have ended horribly wrong in the presence of children all the way to the safety and the importance of Maintaining a clean sanitized environment SAFE...
