In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Pinole

In-and-out hamburger is a great place to eat hamburgers and of course fries, shakes, soda.. and that's about it, but these are the best and for the money it is even better, so if you haven't been to In-and-Out, you don't know what you're missing. This particular In-and-Out is really good but on the other hand all the locations are good. I would eat it 7 days a week if I could, but that would not be feasible. I suggest you come at In and Out if you have never comed before, I have never comed to a really bad in-and-out so it's hard to review this particular time because every in-and-out I've ever had the pleasure to come to has been clean, no filthness, it taste fine and the girl taking your order is amazing , all the people are clean and nice. There's nothing worse than having someone serve you and they stink or you wonder if they did something really strange behind your back, as you can see everything in full view here. I'm not saying that people who stink necessarily would do something they should not, I'm just saying I sometimes wonder, so if you don't want to wonder and you're in the mood for some In and Out, go to this location or any of the locations you can get to. No wondering what you will get, they are the best. just come in to in-and-out and don't wonder just enjoy the French fries that are made from a big potato right in front of you and when I say big potato I mean it's probably one of the biggest potatoes I've ever seen, I believe that you really can't get potatoes this size in the store because in-and-out buys them all up and with millions and millions and millions of intelligent people who eat at in-and-out there is definitely going to be a shortage. There is one more thing I want to mention, that is The Secret menu, that is right, a secret menue; The Seret menu can be viewed on the Internet by simply Google ing in secret menu and the other keyword would be in-and-out, you can also ask the people that work there about The Secret menu I don't know if there is a secret handshake because thas t goes with the secret menu or if you even need a secret handshake to access the secret menu, You will just have to find out yourself of you so desire. I do wanna mention the hamburgers they have option 1. A hamburger, Option 2 A cheeseburger and I suggest option 3 A DOUBLE DOUBLE, (2 Patties) and of course guys like double double anything And so if you're a petite thing you may want a regular cheeseburger, but let me remind you that there's nothing regular about the cheeseburger, it is almost the same, just minus one Patty and one bun in the center, some dont like buns and you can go all vegetarian, which is healthy and some say taste better, but then you have no meat and you may as well go to old Fair Oaks. You also can put onions like normal or you can have your onions grilled, I like to do both.. you may not like onions but if you've never had the grilled onions then you might like onions this way because they are more mild and sweeter than a glass of lemonade on a hot summer's day on your grandmother's porch, not really but almost. So if you dont go both ways like some, then you will have an option. (Do try the grilled ok, just do it, please, for me) ok, so that is it the review, I hope it was not too wordy or long, but I really felt this place deserved a good long review....

Due to medical conditions I had to change my eating habits and I haven’t had a burger in months. Yesterday, 09/13/23, I had enough of salads, fruits and vegetables and was craving In and Out. Upon arrival, lunch time, a line of course. Unfortunately, when paying for my order my debit/visa card was declined. I asked the young lady to please, try again and hold it while inserted. Declined again! Even though it was a drive-thru, I felt embarrassed and proceeded to drive out. I parked in the parking lot and called the bank to explain what happened and ask why. I have sufficient funds and they were not able to explained what happened. I asked to speak to a supervisor, while holding I was still craving In and Out. I Googled In and Out and called the 800 number and spoke to a very nice young man, Adam. In addition to explaining what happened, I informed Adam I was craving In and Out and wasn’t dressed to walk-in (lounge wear); and I didn’t want to get back in a longer line. He offered the best customer service by stepping out of the box. He went an extra mile and placed me on hold while he contacted the manger at the location. Wow! He asked where in the parking lot I was parked and make of car I was driving. Dillion came to my vehicle within 1 minute, wow! I gave him my debit/visa card to try and charge again. When I saw Dillon walking out with a drink I was smiling like Whoopi Goldberg in Color Purple; smile! I was so happy! I forgot the reason why my card was declined the first time; and did ‘t care. Within 5 minutes Dillon had my meal. I was smiling bigger and talking to him before he reached me. I’m sure he had no idea what I was saying. One thing for sure in life, “There’s nothing like craving food satisfaction!” Um! I had my favorite, “In and Out” and anticipation of arriving home to get down; lol! Thank you, Adam for all that U do! Thank you, Dillon for going way and beyond your duties. Deeply appreciated!

This In N Out is always pretty busy. After that 9PM time it does get a little slower but the crowd comes back for that late night fix. The prices were just raised as well. The place, even when busy, is pretty clean. If it's super busy and people aren't cleaning after themselves you can always ask for someone to clean the tables for you. The parking area isn't huge and the drive through is always a long line wrapping around from the gas station. In such a small parking lot people still eat in their car. The food has never disappointed me. I have rotated on what I order depending on my mood. But I tend to like my in n out burger simple. No sauce, grilled mustard patty, and the lettuce/tomato/onion on the side Incase I want to eat some on the side. I usually order pickles to go in the cheeseburger or on the side. Other time I get a grilled cheese, extra cheese, with a grilled mustard bun. I like in n out fries but I know a lot of people who don't. It's fine by me and I add pepper to my ketchup. I love the option to get the peppers on the side to snack on when you wait for you food. Sometimes I get a root beer float or shake but not often. But I do like getting a Neapolitan shake at times when the mood calls for it. This location always hits the...
