Are you kidding me!! 🔥 burnt food and when I received it my order was wrong! The woman who took my order, proceeded to argue with me and said I did not order what I ordered and then she tried to give me a refund for half of my money back mind you they close at 12 it was probably about 11 o’clock. She said she had no driver and then all of a sudden when I said I did not want half of my money back. I wanted what I ordered. She goes. Oh OK well, let me tell the driver to come drop your wings off boneless wings lol this isn’t the first time it’s happened last time I ordered barbecued boneless wings and I got Hella spicy wings and they were not boneless. They never have their salad bar stocked up like they used to. The customer service is horrible. I don’t know if they changed owners or they just don’t care about their job. I don’t know, but the customer service is absolutely horrible so they come they pick up my wings. They want me to return the wings to them because they sent me the wrong item in my order they can have the wings. I don’t care about that. I didn’t want the bone in wings anyway it’s just the point that they did not bring what I ordered and then they have the audacity to ask me for the wings and then they send me The boneless wings. Two of them were so small. It was like the tip of my thumb and the bacon cheddar twist are horrible. They’re burnt on the bottom you can’t taste any bacon. It’s just all around a bad experience. That’s too bad because it used to be really really good. Like I said I don’t know if they changed Owners or people just don’t have good customer service skills anymore. I don’t know. I am very upset because I had to wait to eat my whole dinner until he brought The rest of my food to me I don’t usually give yelp reviews, but this is absolutely ridiculous and I’ve taken it from these people for the last couple times and I’m just kind of over it again. There’s no bread at the salad bar there used to be garlic bread that you could get The customer service used to be amazing $60 later and I feel crappy the food is just horrible nowadays. The food is mid, the interior is a little run down, the service is great, and the massive indoor PlayPlace is spectacular.

I’ve been wanting to take my kids to a classic fast food restaurant with a PlayPlace for a while, but most chains got rid of them during the COVID-19 pandemic so they’re getting really hard to find. The one this place has is GREAT. Two stories tall and kids can play in it for hours without getting bored.

The food is pretty OK and the beer selection may be limited but pitchers are only $25 so it’s a great spot for grownups to hang out and have a beer and catch up while the kids tire themselves out screaming and running around in circles.

Don’t get me wrong, it’s definitely a little run down but it’s got great potential. With a tiny bit of work to freshen it up and maximize the 90s nostalgia this place could be AMAZING, but even as it is it’s pretty great and my kids had a blast when we visited. Round Table in Pinole California on Fitzgerald. To me there pizza is just not like it used to be anymore and they're way overpriced. One of the things that aren't the same is the pizza crust itself. To me a pizza crust should not be soggy and so limp when you go to take a bite I feel the pizza crust should have a little more a crunch, bottom line it was soggy and it was kind of gross. The pizza dough and the whole pizza itself is definitely not like it used to . I don't know how they are prepping the pizza dough nowadays comparative how they used to do it years ago but it is definitely not the same. I got a King Arthur Pizza and it was loaded with the vegetable toppings and Harley no meat and yet they are going to charge those high prices. Anyway I have went back and gave them a couple of other chances but after this last time I am done going to Round Table and definitely will be looking elsewhere like Extreme Pizza or Zachary's Pizza goodbye Round Table your overpriced and not as good as you used to be...
