Hit-or-miss. I mostly do order ahead for my drink and for the most part, I usually just come in and grab my order at the designated pick up area. Today, I ordered ahead as usual before I headed over. My drink wasn't ready when I came in so I waited until I noticed that people ordering in-store AFTER I came in were getting their orders already. I then asked one of the baristas to check on my order that I submitted about 20 mins ago. It appears that they didn't even see the order so I showed her the receipt on my Peet's app to confirm that it was the right store. She then finally made the drink and casually just placed it on the counter saying "Here you go" in an impolite way and turned around quickly. I thanked her anyway and left, just to realize it wasn't even the right kind of tea that she made me.
From the time that I ordered, it took about 20 mins for an incorrect drink and it was as if I was an inconvenience to them. I have a lot of respect for baristas because I know how rude customers can be to them when they're just trying to go through a busy shift, but I think this could have been handled better - like a simple "sorry about that" would have made a...
   Read morewent in on friday june 7 and service was awful. i feel like that little short girl who looks like mexican did not process my order properly on purpose for whatever reason i donât care. every customer should be treated equally as we pay for the service and it is a business transaction. i was polite to her and greeted her. however after i ordered medium almond milk latte and cheese danish warm up. she somehow make it personal and did me wrong even though i donât know her or care to know her. i had to wait for long time while others behind me in line got there order. i got my coffee after everyone else behind me and my cheese danish was no where to be found so i had to wait again. than i asked about it and none of employee has any clue even though i was standing there waiting the whole time so i am sure no customer steal my cheese danish. so another girl just got my cheese danish in oven and handed to me. no apology from anyone. what a waste of time and money. i will never do business with this...

When I was able to finally order my 1 pound of coffee to be ground, it took way too long as the 2 employees seemed to prioritize other work. I asked if Peet's still gives a free cup for birthdays, as mine was the day before, and I mentioned I didn't receive the notification or add to my Peets acct. The server didn't respond at all. I'm going to switch to a local roasting that sells small batches.Peets has gotten bitter and/or bland, and customer support now outsourced to India only told me to keep waiting when it's already been 13 days for delivery of a pound of limited batch of beans from only a few miles away across a bridge! Peets was sold to a German Investment company that may explain its decline. The online discounts are no longer worth wondering when it will arrive. I bought other beens while waiting for Peets and am disputing the charge to my CC....
