Cassano's The Pizza King — Restaurant in Piqua

Absolutely disgusted with Cassano's as a company. I called and ordered dinner for my wife and I and when it arrived it was not what we ordered. I immediately called, I was told I had a few options to address the issue. Of course one was for me to take my pizza up to the restaurant and receive a refund (I paid for delivery), keep the order I that was incorrect and get 25% off my next order or they will remake it and re-deliver. I told the call center they need to remake our pizza and give us a discount off of our next order. The employee laughed and said "that's not going to happen" I of course asked to speak with a supervisor to only receive the same rude, lack of sympathy or any customer service. My wife is 39 weeks pregnant and hungry and now has to wait another 40 minutes for her food. Absolutely ridiculous that they are taking no responsibility for their mistake. I walked in and ordered a medium pizza with hamburger and mushrooms and pep, they told me 15-20 min wait, sounds fine, I waited and waited for 1 hr. while i was waiting i noticed them putting a pizza up on the shelf under the heater, I thought to myself that's my pizza, NOPE, never gave it to me or called me up, several more customers come and go, finally the girl says here's your med pizza, I kinda questioned her and said this has been sitting up here for over 20 min. she offered to make me a new one but i am out of time so I left and threw it into the trash as I left. It was getting cold from sitting there so long. I WILL NOT RETURN, They were also busy playing and whistling to loud rock music. I usually have good service here NOT TODAY, I'm NOT returning and I'm spreading the word, about im mature employees who cant work...

OK, so now I have a problem. I originally had a 5 star rating. I love cassanos and all but not this location. The past 2 times I've ordered the food didnt taste right. What it is, is they removed the salt they use to put on the bottom of their crust. It is tasteless without it. Also I ordered a garlic cheese piega and got a small crust, folded in half, with cheese in it. Nothing else. I work 2nd shift and do not have time to take my order back when it isnt right. When I spoke to the manager I got lip about it. I'm not happy. This location is questionable. Taste nothing like the surrounding Cassanos. Go anywhere but Piqua. They will argue with you about it. The salt makes your pizza, bring it back to Piqua. Until then I wont order from this location. And I contacted online customer service 3 weeks ago when my last order was tasteless and have not...
