Tonight we ordered pizza from Dominios. It has a tracker online that tells you when your pizza is on its way. At 6:49 it said our pizza was out for delivery. At 7:11 we still had no pizza so I called the store to see what was going on. Manager told us to call back in 10 minutes if our pizza still wasn't here. At 7:22 we still had no pizza so he called the driver. At this point I'm livid anyways. The manager then gets back on the phone to tell me his driver said he was walking up to the door. There was NOONE at our door and we still had no pizza. At this time it had been 40 minutes since our pizza left their store. We then drive up to Dominos to get our pizza and as we go in the manager wants to tell us the driver got in an accident. If he was in an accident how was he supposedly walking up to our door when he was on the phone with me The driver walks threw the door as we are standing their. When we left I told them we would never order from their again and the manager laughed. I tried to get a corporate number but they tried to tell me they dont have it. Is their anything we can do or how do...
Read moreStopped by for a late dinner with a friend. The manager was slightly stressed and quite busy. He was very apologetic and even though we didn't wait long he gave us a discount. The owner came in while we were there. I noticed that he asked his van horizontally in front of the entry, like he was in a big hurry. The anxiety level went up with the 2 guys working, and while the owner wasn't directly rude to us.... He didn't engage the staff, he and merely got on a computer with his "lady friend" standing by. The manager was obviously anxious and tried to make conversation but wasn't really engaged by the owner. (Who also didn't greet is despite jumping on a computer facing us at the counter). The atmosphere returned to warm and friendly after the owner and his friend left.
Pizza was just ok. It didn't hit the spot that night..... The guys forgot my extra sauce but offered me a container of sauce to drizzle over or dunk...
Read morePlaced an online order at 12:30am plenty enough time to make tots chicken and 2 hoggies. Tracked my order for pickup, was “being prepped “ til 110am. Called several times to see why it wasn’t in the oven, was hung up on. Twice! Went there. Waited another 15 mins for the food to be finished. Got to the car looked at my food and my mushroom Swiss hoggie had a Pattys and a few diced onions, my buffalo one had meat and hot sauce. My speciality tots only tots, and my speciality chicken was just chicken. Paying 30+ dollars and waiting over an hour, for food that should’ve been ready in 15 minutes is completely ludicrous. Worst part. When I brought my food back the didn’t even look surprised that I was pissed! So i sat in the parking lot til it was made right. Store hours says open til 130am and people who order late expect the same quality of...
