Dunkin' — Restaurant in Piscataway Township

August,11, 2025 I have NEVER in my life been treated with such disrespect and outright attitude by a fast-food employee until today. Priyankabahe, the worker at this Dunkin’ Donuts location, was unbelievably rude, dismissive, and downright hostile for absolutely NO reason.

I walked in just trying to order a simple coffee, and from the second I approached the counter, she had this nasty, condescending tone like I was bothering her. I asked a basic question about the menu, and she rolled her eyes and answered in the most sarcastic, impatient way possible. When I politely corrected my order, she sighed loudly and acted like I was ruining her day.

Then, when I handed her my payment, she snatched it out of my hand and barely said two words. No "thank you," no basic customer service manners—just pure attitude like she owned the place. I’ve dealt with bad service before, but this was next-level disrespect.

This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. I go to Dunkin’ Donuts to enjoy my coffee, not to be treated like garbage by some employee who clearly hates her job and takes it out on customers. She should NOT be working in customer service if this is how she treats people.

I am 100% taking this to corporate because no one should have to deal with this kind of behavior. Fire her. Train your staff better. This was an embarrassment to your brand....

I went on Monday for brunch, so there was no wait time and I was able to be seated immediately. Looking around the restaurant though, there should be ample amount of seating to be able to help larger groups out. I found the service to be nice, there was no waiter or waitress who was observably rude, and everyone seemed to have a smile on their face. In fact while when I ordered my food, my waitress helped me switch my order from one order and two sides to a combo which included pancakes, eggs, potatoes, sausage and bacon instead, saving me a dollar in the process. Everything was cooked well. I got "Hawaiian" pancakes which were fluffy even though it had shredded coconuts and bits of pineapple inside of it. The only complaint I have is that the "peasant potatoes" were only soft and i prefer to have breakfast potatoes which have a crispy outside and a light fluffy inside, but that is a preference. Everything I had was delicious and I definitely will be going again for brunch, hopefully...

Probably my worst breakfast decision for on the go. Ordered on the app for 2 simple sausage, egg, and cheese wake up wraps. What I received looked like they dropped both on the floor and stepped on them before shoving them into the bag. I should've known something was up because not one of the drive-thru employees gave me direct eye contact or said goodmorning after I said it. I usually get well mannered employees at that location. Even after I received my order I thanked them for their time and I got nothing. Once I looked in my bag and saw what I paid for, 2 tortilla with burn on cheese and leftover sausage patties. They couldn't even throw in a ketchup package to help with the dry food. I guess Wawa will have...
