Wendy's — Restaurant in Pittsburg

I worked with food when I was young, the majority of my coworkers being of similar age. Never did I witness anything similar to the circus I found here. THIRTYSEVEN minutes... 37, for an entire staff of grown adults to prepare the 2 combos I ordered and whatever was in the single bag handed to the car in front of me with no one else in the drive through and an empty dining room... All that time; no enormous crowds/lines; entry level job, and this group of grown 'adults' still failed with my order; missing a burger entirely. Then, corporate never got back to me about it. Pretty sure this was mid-August... haven't been to a Wendy's since. Not that they'll notice but it's the principal. Also, the drive through was designed around an old Beetle, so if your ride is any bigger maybe consider walking in...

They made my food completely wrong. Wrong burger altogether. I asked for beef, got cold chicken. The baconator fries were gross. They were also cold, 4 or 5 fries hanging out the outside of the container cut in half by the lid. I paid for extra cheese, there wasn't even the normal amount. The shredded cheese was cold and in a compressed lump. Oh and the bacon was not bacon bits. They just threw 3 pieces of full bacon on top. I went back but they were closed and didn't answer the window. It made me think I don't ever want to come...

Every time I’ve come here, they’ve given me something other than what I’ve ordered. The staff here is absurdly incompetent, it’s truly a damn shame. 0-stars for this location! The drive-thru worker had the nerve to tell me multiple times “it’s all there” as i glanced in the bag, and against my better judgment, I left without checking my order, only to come home and discover I did not receive 6 items i ordered and paid for!!!! Do not leave here without double checking you got what you ordered...
