Arby’s fun facts: Arby's sold more than 29 million sliders during their debut month of September 2015. Care to guess which location sold the most sliders in a single day? That would be Alabama's own Jasper location, which sold 1,494 on Sept. 18. The King's Hawaiian Fish Deluxe Sandwich was added the Arby's menus nation-wide after an employee, Brandon Morris, suggested it. The first Arby's opened in Boardman, Ohio in 1964. Now headquartered in Atlanta, the fast-food chain has nearly 3,400 locations worldwide. The original Arby's menu was pretty simple. It's only offering was a combo of a roast beef sandwiches, chips and a drink. In 1971, Arby's debuted the all-beef classic roast beef sandwich that is still featured on menus today. The chain said it has prepared and marinated the beef the same way for 45 years. Even though only a small number of locations serve breakfast, Arby's aims to use only cage-free eggs at all of its restaurants by 2020.

This was the worst cheese steak sandwich I have ever chewed. I say chewed because I onky took 3 bites. Ordered the cheese steak meal. The cheese steak sandwich was below warm by the time I walked back to my car. I took the sandwich back and rhey made me another one. This sandwich is despicable. Its sloppily made and lacks any real flavor.

No meat on the Reuben. Burnt waffle fries. And the "Chicken Bacon Swiss" with tomato and lettuce is nothing but honey mustard and a piece of lettuce. The manager told me to post the pics as proof since she "actually made it", so here it is. Refund, please.

Worst customer service ever, let alone from a general manager! I went to this location (actually pretty often), the drive thru line was backed up so I decided to go into the UNLOCKED lobby since I didn’t have much time, like I usually do. I waited for another paying customer to be helped. Once they were done, the employee disappeared and never acknowledged me or anyone else in line, “like I will be right right with you” or anything of the sort. After what seemed to be about 20 mins to an hour of waiting and not being acknowledged, I hear “the lobby is closed” coming from somewhere to my left. Myself and all the customers behind me remained in line. Mind you, I already know there were only two employees working because she rudely told a drive thru customer that. Yes, loud enough for us to hear it. After a few moments of still not being acknowledged, I asked the lady if she is going to take our orders since we have been waiting in line patiently, I’m then scolded by her “I said the lobby was closed.” That is totally unacceptable! She then says to her coworker (name starts with an “M”) that she had put her two weeks and she may not last until then. Which is okay but that’s no reason to treat customers this way. Firstly, she just screams the lobby is closed, doesn’t direct it to the customers in line, I thought she was talking to her coworker, instructing him to lock the doors. I then ask why couldn’t she tell us that instead of letting us wait here for our orders not to be taken. She says the lobby is closed and she did not have time to lock the doors…and I had to go through drive thru. She doesn’t have time to lock the doors but she has time to keep giving rude excuses, call the police and smoke a cigarette in the back! As I proceeded to my car to go through the drive thru, I see there are no cars in line. I then turn around and ask her since there are no cars in line and I’m in here, may you please take my order. She says she isn’t going to serve me at all. I then call corporate (while in the store) and they seemed to agree that my order should have been taken if I was in the lobby and they asked for her name, neither her or the other employee would share it, so they suggested I take photos. Of course I was irate, as anyone else would be in this situation. She said she was calling the cops on me I guess as a sort of threat or form of intimidation, I tried to remain in the store until they arrived but I had to rush back to my appointment. Before I left I saw they FINALLY locked the doors. At last, customers will not have to be mind-readers by entering an unlocked, closed lobby. In conclusion, I passed the location about 20 mins later and I saw customers sitting in the lobby. I realize that a lot of businesses (mine included) are effected by the lack of workers but it is NOT the customers fault. Again, it is NOT the customers fault nor should the customer leave...

The cashier Deb is impudent and obnoxious....zero line or waiting and she asks my name and I tell her "..how about your name Deb" .....she tells me smuggly if I use her name I have to buy her something....NOT.....go to pick up my order mentally vacant girl slides my food to me....with attitude....pathetic....no thank you smile or please come back....in the corner by the side door there used to be a very quaint 2 top table where my friend and I enjoyed sitting ....it disappeared....I inquired as to why it was removed.....because the employees would sit there and disrupt the working employees.....I said....how difficult would it be to make that area off limits to ALL employees...well...the "powers to be said just remove it" .....pathetic! I was in the food and beverage industry a long Damn time.....you don't solve a customer issue by punishing them.....put the Damn 2 top back...inform ALL employees that that area is OFF LIMITS.....put these ungrateful millenials in a training program that makes them realize their paycheck is contingent on repeat business.....I have zero tolerance for persons with POOR attitudes...poor hygiene (as one male cashier...I swear he doesn't own a toothbrush) ..out of uniform..disgusting...most ..seldom wear a name tag and yet seem to think they are entitled to treat their guests as if they are doing them a favor.....your store went to hell fast after opening....menu changed ...prices sky rocketed...and personnel for the most part have no self-esteem or positive attitude much less customer relations training......traffic pattern in the lot....unreal...too many illiterates going the wrong direction on the Baum "entrance only" side....trying to exit.....total goat rope ....you have a lot of work to do....use your cameras for something other than a scare tactic....monitor your employees....some are conscientious ...many are self-serving arrogant losers that need a lesson in courtesy and customer service .....I will be dialing...

IM GIVING ARBEY ON BAUM BLVD 4 STARS, BECAUSE THE COUNTER PERSON WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND POLITE. MY HUSBAND FROM WHAT I COULD SEE, SELECTED THE COMPLETED SANDWICH. INWHICH BOTH WHERE THERE BRISKET/MAC&CHEESE/COLESLAW SANDWICH ON A CORN MUFFIN BUN. THE SANDWICH WAS DELICIOUS, MINUES THE DRYED UP BRISKET EDGES THAT I REMOVED FROM MY SLICES OF BRISKET. FRIES WHERE PERFECTLY COOKED. AND OUR FAVORITE DESERT OF A GIANT CARMEL CHOCALATE CHIP COOKIE WAS JUST THE WAY WE LIKE IT WARM.I WILL VISIT THIS ARBYS AGAIN VS THE ONE IN DOWNTOWN PITTSBURGH. INWHICH I GET MOST OF MY FOOD TO GO, FROM THAT STORE BECAUSE THE TRAFFIC OUTSIDE AND SOMETIMES INSIDE THE STORE IS SOME WHAT DISCOURAGING. BAUM BLVD ARBYS IS MOSTLY QUITE AND CLEAN AND YOU CAN EAT IN PEACE. BOTH ARBYS HAVE A PRETTY GOOD STAFF'S AND THEY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY, TO TRY AND ACCOMMODATE YOU. THE DOWNTOWN ARBYS ALWAYS HAS LINES OUT THE DOOR. MY DOWN SIDE ON ARBYS IS THEY NEED TO MAKE THEIR SANDWICHES JUST LIKE THEIR COMMERCIALS. I CAN COUNT ON ONE HAND HOW MANY TIMES I ACTUALLY GOT A SANDWICH THAT I HAD TO ACTUALLY USE BOTH HANDS TO EAT IT. THAT'S WHY THEIR ONLY GETTING 4 STARS! BECAUSE WHEN THEY SAY "WE HAVE THE MEAT!" IN MY OPINION THAT DEPENDS ON HOW MUCH PRODUCT IS ON THE GRILL OR IN THE MICROWAVE ARE IN THE FRIER. PLUS IT DEPENDS ON WHO'S MAKING THE SANDWICHES AND WHAT KIND OF ATTITUDE, THAT THE INDIVIDUAL BROUGHT TO WORK WITH THEM. THAT RIGHT THERE WILL DETERMINE WEATHER OR NOT YOU...
