Very rude! I watched the supervisor tonight talk to a customer in a demeaning way. He had the nerve to tell her she was disrespectful to his employees after she was particular about her food requests, and the employees appeared to rush her when there was no one else in line! I just had to review this. The lady had politely asked one of their female waitresses if there was a problem, after I saw the waitress slam down the customers salad bowl and gave the customer a mean look! The customer politely asked the supervisor who identified himself! He stated "My name is Eric and you can call the corporate office It's on our website!" That supervisor stated it to her loud and mean! I couldn't believe it The woman just said "I would never be mean to anyone and left apologizing. After that I decided to write this for the public to hear. I will never go back to that place again. I decided I would personally tell corporate what I had witnessed. The service is rushed.. Food is thrown in a bowl. They are not nice but rushed. Not changing gloves. Hair found in my salad greens and I never filed a complaint until now!. Didn't bother for a refund. Very rude the woman's human rights and not clean! Bad attitudes! Will never waist my time again! Don't waist yours! The management is very unprofessional. He violated her human rights! God bless that elder black lady for being so respectful. God bless her. I'll never go back there again. Gone are the days when the youth respect their elders! Gone are the days of good customer service with clean sanitized food, where you aren't rushed to order and get push back for what you want to order!...

I wasnāt as hungry but I wanted to sit with my husband and chat and have a small meal so I asked the lady serving if there was a smaller bowl option and she said the only smallest bowl option available was the kids sizeā¦. I was like oh well I guess Iāll take that thenā¦. Once we got to the register several employees came out from the kitchen to tell us they couldnāt sell us the kids bowl and I was so confusedā¦. Iām guessing the kids bowl is free ā¦. Something I did not know! I didnāt even know they had a kids size bowl till I was given that as an option for the smaller alternative! But the employees freaked out on me and said that they will sell me the bowl this one time and they canāt do it again. I tried mentioning that I didnāt know anything about their kids bowl thing and then the other employee accused me of being toldā¦. I have never been accused of stealing! Especially something I had no control over! I canāt believe that employees at a company would behave in such a mannerā¦. Iām impressed with the quality of the ingredients as well as the overall flavor profile of the salad I ordered. There is only one potential area of improvement I can comment on; employee body language/attitude (morale?). I realize these folks arenāt making a ton of money, but when itās really obvious you have a serious disdain for what youāre doing, something needs to change. I donāt think it effected the quality of my food, but it does effect the overall experience. I donāt expect food service workers to be all smiles and sunshine, but when every motion they make says āI really donāt like my jobā, management needs to determine how to rectify the situation. Donāt let this deter you from eating here. The quality of the food more than makes up for this...
