It was an unseasonably hot and sticky Friday afternoon, 04/14/2023, along Carson Street on the Southside, and seeking a cooling respite, and a few too many grams of fat in my icecream, I ducked, no more like stumbled, into 'Churn'. So many many choices, but I settled on a dish of churned chunk toffee icecream. It was the perfect antidote for my fevered and carb deprived, some might say depraved, state. But there is another time and another place for that confession. More than the icecream and the other hedonistic flavor delights, was my being gobsmacked with joy by the open door policy of 'dogness' in all shapes and sizes. The icecream refreshes, but even more so, tails wagging, and the joy of human-canine bonds over treats for all. So grab your dog(s) and make your way to 'Churn', for no matter what you procure, you will be in good company, as you refresh and reframe that some of us function with "I Like Dogs More than I Like People" But I will keep coming back to 'Churn', because dogs know a good thing and they bring their human...

I really enjoyed my visit to churn. And I think you will too. I really like that they have both coffee and ice cream. Their menu has a very wide selection. I was also very pleased to see that they had non-dairy options. I got the nondairy strawberry chunk and it was excellent. I highly recommend you try it. I was very pleased with the service here. The staff was extra friendly and very accommodating. The service was fast and accurate. The atmosphere was very welcoming and enjoyable. You would definitely like it here.
