I broke my phone and insurance claimed for a new one. I needed to get a sims card to activate a temp phone. I needed a phone for work. I went in 20 minutes before closing. Both guys were standing around doing nothing. They were both like oh well. you can come back tomorrow. unfortinitly I needed it before morning. I manage a location where customer service is natural. I would never employee people that have horrible customer service like this. I think with the pandemic people should try even harder to be empathetic and help. I will never return to this location. There was another employee with her, but he was very clearly new and had no idea what he was talking about, so he kept asking her for help. She answered his many questions with grace all while providing excellent service to a half dozen people. All of the transactions were taking extra long due to a slow system, and 4 of us had transactions in progress well after closing. She carried on with a positive attitude and continued providing the best service she could while multitasking to the extreme. I’ve been with AT&T my whole life. I came to this location to check out if I could open a line with T-Mobile in my business name. Once the conversation ended with me and T-Mobile employee, I had let them know that I did NOT WANT TO GO THROUGH with it.
