Terrible place the cook is a heroin addict I don't judge but it's very unprofessional they don't use gloves I've never once seen them wash their hands and watch the cook that was a guy pick his nose then put his hands on the chicken to put in the fryer without washing his hands they overcharge very rude and disrespectful they make you wait they charge what they want to charge not the cleanest a lot of drug dealing the cook had overdosed and they did not send her home after she was narcan she went back to working cooking sweet lady too many gangs and shootings robberies terrible neighborhood terrible parking and get your car broke into have to be careful for the food sometimes it's expired I've gotten food poisoning on more than one occasion do not eat here anymore The atmosphere is terrible they have gambling video games that are rigged for them to take people's money very rarely does anybody win I've been told that they rigged the video games very negative atmosphere negative attitudes I would not recommend this place nor would I recommend Isley's that's owned by the wife of this establishment the husband Belleau that owns Lillian's is a great person but does not have a handle on his business Ms Karen that has been there for many years and runs it if it wasn't for her so many people have said it would have done been shut down she don't get enough credit or paid enough for as many years as she's been there for all the hard work sweat and blood she's putting into the business keeping it running the best that she can they don't treat her right they can't keep employees because they constantly want to underpay anyone that comes to work in my opinion there's just a lot of negativities and manipulation I have seen so much chaos and arguments go on right in front of customers and they do not care The wife of the owner goes back and forth between Isley's which is her business and Lillian's and his bossy rude disrespectful greedy narcissistic very bad customer service and snake in the grass and if you're not careful we'll rob you blind especially if you're shopping over at her store at Isley's she adds one or two dollars to your bill if you're not paying attention to your bill if you get a few things she sees your not paying attention she will add a couple dollars to the bill If you catch her on it she will pretend it's an accident so always watch your bill what goes on between both of those establishments is terrible when they do have good people you take advantage of them manipulate I'm just all around treat people like garbage but don't deserve it and try to keep the poor people down I take the employees tips especially Isley's she takes the employees change tips puts it in the cash register and if a customer is short that's what she uses their tips for and tries to take credit as if she was covering for a customer that was maybe 50 cents or a dollar short never in my life have I ever seen an owner steal her employees tips on top of that underpaying what the employee is worth If the lady Miss Karen is working she's a short little old lady she can be a little sassy at times but if she's cooking or if the owner is cooking then I would recommend eating there other than...

Since Iām at work, I decided to get the food delivered. BIG MISTAKE. I called to place an order for 10 whole wings. The current menu I have says that the minimum delivery has to be at least $8. The menu says that for 10 whole wings its $11.00. So, I called Lillenās to place my order and the lady who picked up was already rude. I told her what I wanted and she told me that for 10 whole wings itās going to be $13.95. I told her that the menu I have, says that the wings would be $11.00. She said that itās not $11.00, its $13.95. I said ok. She told me that the food would be delivered within an hour. I said ok, even though the place is only 15 minutes away by car. An hour paces, and I call the place to see if the delivery guy has left yet. She said he did. I said ok, thank you. Another hour paces, and I was about to cancel my order. But, the delivery guy calls me asking for more detail on which building I was in. I told him, and he didnāt get to me until another 15 minutes. I met the delivery guy outside, and he was on the wrong side of the building. So once I walked to the other side of the building to get my chicken, he told me the price was $16.05. I told him that the lady on the phone told me only $13.95. And he said that she wrote $16.05. So I said, letās give her a call to see what happened. When we called her she claimed that she told me on the phone that the price was $16.05 and that I agreed to the price. That was a LIE. I told her she told me that it wasnāt $11.00 and that it was $13.95. She claimed that she told me it was $13.95 + Tax + a delivery fee of $1.50. That was another LIE. I would have never placed the order if that was the case. Iām not spending $16 dollars for 10 wings. Thatās crazy. Especially not after waiting two hours for my food. When I explained that to the lady she said āIām not about to go back and forth with you. If you donāt want to pay the $16.00, then send the chicken backā. And then she hung up on me. I called to place a pickup order, and after waiting patiently on hold for 20 minutes, I finally spoke with a representative. However, when I began describing my order, she read it back incorrectly. As I tried to clarify and correct the mistake, her tone became unexpectedly snappy.
I politely reminded her that as a customer, I was simply trying to ensure the order was accurate. Instead of addressing my concern, she responded by saying that if I was arguing, she would hang up. I calmly told her that if she wished to hang up, I would take my business elsewhere. At that point, she became even more dismissive, telling me to āget a lifeā before abruptly ending the call.
This experience has left me deeply offended and upset. I never expected to be treated this way, especially by a company Iāve trusted.
