First and foremost, I love supporting local businesses. I live a slight distance from this place, but when I am in the area and I want sushi, Sushi FuKu is my go to. Not only is the staff very welcoming, but they’re also very professional with a neat and clean appearance, and they always say: “thank you” when you leave.

The restaurant itself and the bathroom are always spotless. The food is always consistent with my favorites being the spicy tuna roll and shrimp tempura roll. 10 pieces in each which is plenty and filling, and I like the fact that you can get 4 vegetable/fruit filling at no extra charge. I always get avocado, cucumber, and mango for both rolls. I get all of my rolls with brown rice which gives it kind of a nutty flavor. I prefer brown rice over white.

The sauces I get are the yum yum sauce(and it is YUM!)and the sweet brown sauce which is also yummy. I also get a side of the freshly prepared seaweed salad which is another one of my favorites! Everything there is fresh and clean, and they always get a lot of business. I love the fact that they make it right in front of you, and the container area where all of the fixings are, are always kept filled and ready for the next customer. The manager/owner is operating her business like it should be, and she and her employees are always accommodating. Thank...

This place definitely isn’t bad, and I feel the rating is a tad low. Now, I haven’t tried their sushi, but they’re poke bowls — those are quite good, I believe. I tried their Build Your Own Poke bowl, which I created with brown rice, smoked salmon, tempura flakes, soy sauce, carrots, corn, edamame, and sweet chili sauce.

The portion itself was good, and a solid price as well. The location is confident, too. The food itself, I felt was pretty good quality. Although they called it smoked salmon, it didn’t have a very strong Smokey flavor, but it was still good.

The vegetables seemed to be fresh. The brown rice was well cooked, and the sauces blended together well. They gave me numerous packets of soy sauce on the side.

All in all, very solid place. Is it the best or the most authentic? No, but it’s quick, has good prices, a confident location,...

A fresh tasting, quick lunch spot with Americanized Sushi dishes:

These monstrous diameter rolls are similar to the quality the average Joe would make with a home kit. The rolls aren’t advertised with the option of being served without seaweed, which isn’t my favorite; however the ingredients seem to be high quality. I was disappointed that wasabi wasn’t automatically included with each roll.

The size of some of my pieces were borderline uncomfortable to respectfully eat in one bite, but the plus size of this, is that I’m quite full on 3 rolls. (M 6’2 230)

Staff was incredibly kind.

This is not going to be a hot spot for a cultural experience, but it is a great lunch spot that I’ll likely...

It’s build-your-own fast food sushi and rice bowls. There’s a menu you can order off or build your own totally from scratch. I ordered the vegan burrito off the menu. The “burrito” is like a giant handheld sushi roll. Mine was rolled pretty neatly (although it doesn’t look like it in my photo) and held together well even though I had it made with brown rice which tends to not stick as well as white. It was really good! I really liked the sweet spicy combination of mango and sweet chili sauce with the smoked tofu. Nice healthy serving of tofu. Good amount of seating in store. Friendly staff. Great choice for a quick, healthy meal.
