All of these 5 star reviews have to be fake. This isn’t the worst place I’ve ever eaten, but it’s bad enough that I took one bite and immediately spit it out. You can tell they’re trying and the food doesn’t taste bad, the problem is more with the service. Much longer wait than expected, employee sneezed on my food twice (it was wrapped, but still directly over the food). She only apologized after I prompted her with a subtle “bless you”. The employees were also having a casual conversation with each other while I ordered, which just felt unprofessional. This place has potential, it just needs better employees. Very empty, bland interior as well also left a sullen, soulless feeling in the shop. I also noticed on my gyro the employee put a fair amount of white sauce, not too little or too much. However, the customer who ordered after me asked for white sauce and the other employee not only poured it completely differently, but they also FILLLED the gyro with a pool of sauce, leaving it looking quite sickly. Maybe have a uniform amount of each ingredient you put on the gyros? Also, just so you know, the lamb is cut into squares not the typical thin slices. Personal preference, but I disliked it.

Read moreInconsistent Quality, Disappointing Portions
I've been a regular customer here for some time, but lately, the quality has become incredibly inconsistent. It seems there's one cook who knows what they're doing, and another who doesn't. When the good cook is in the kitchen, the food is flavorful, with generous portions of meat that match the price. But when the bad cook takes over, the rice is undercooked, and the meat portions are laughably small. It's like playing a game of chance with your meal.
It's frustrating to never know what you're going to get. On top of that, the sauce options are only followed by the good cook—when the bad one is on duty, you're likely to receive whatever sauce they feel like using, regardless of your order.
Overall, it's disappointing to see such a decline in quality and consistency. Consider this a warning: ordering from here is a gamble, and lately, the odds haven't been in my favor.

Read moreI’ve given Shah’s three tries because I really wanted to like them, but I can’t give them any more. The food is tasty but literally never correct. For example:
I consistently order white sauce on the combo platter and it is sometimes included, sometimes not, sometimes only on one platter and not the other I ordered for my spouse. Always a toss up. Don’t pay for the pita and hummus, it’s a joke. It’s pita with a very tiny amount of hummus scraped on it and folded in half, which is not worth $4 (plain pita is only $3). They don’t pay attention to what vegetables you want on the salad- sometimes I get random things I didn’t ask for and other times I don’t get what I asked for. Tonight I asked for chickpeas and there are none, and this is a consistent issue.
Again, tastes good, but for the price I just want what I ordered, and I never get that here. Save your money and order from another spot where you get what you asked for. I ordered online with clear selections every time so there was no reason the orders should constantly...
