This Starbucks is conveniently located near UPMC Shadyside. Although there are a few designated parking spaces, as mentioned by earlier reviewers, it's definitely recommended that you walk/bike to this location. Spots are hard to come by--especially in the morning. Depending on the barista on bar, drinks are made fairly quickly. A lot of students and nearby hospital staff frequent this location. So it gets pretty hectic. Many of the staff are exceptionally friendly. Elizabeth is the store manager. She knows me by name and my drink. Bobby is very friendly and fast in the mornings. The staff here are generally very nice and efficient. They are personable. And they care about their customers. I've watched them correct drinks to a customer's liking. The parking is an utter disaster. There are only 6 spots or you can attempt competing for street parking. I highly suggest that they try to acquire one more spot from the Marriott dedicated for people picking up mobile orders. I circled for ten minutes today to pick up a drink. You pretty much need to assume you're going to be late to work from the parking and waiting in the long line of hospital staff that...
