The Starbucks employees will even bring your drink to you as a courtesy if they are not swamped on the line or swamped at the cash register. Location is usually very tidy, organized, well cleaned. The local crowd is a very multicultural diverse crowd, some quiet, some very social. Both equally nice. College students from over 40 countries work, study, eat, tour, & live here in Pittsburgh, P.A. making our city a very stable, hard working city, living the american Dream the best we can. “Ten dollars… tip …. They lost them. I was in a good mood, heading out for some coffee and maybe a pastry. While I was ordering my coffee, I was trying to decide what to eat. But as I was thinking, I noticed something odd — the staff were glancing at each other and whispering. It looked really unprofessional. I get it, we all get tired, especially at the end of the workday. But does that excuse such behavior? It felt disrespectful. A customer is just trying to decide what to order, and instead, the staff are laughing and exchanging looks.” !

Outside seats are comfortable, no smoking which is great!but pitty that ppl smoke outside the next door , so you would smell of 🚬 occasionally... The peach tea was so so, was asked for light ice, it turned out half ice,its really a"weak tea" , its hardly to taste the tea flavor. More like the water dipped few drops of tea....

This Starbucks is conveniently located near UPMC Shadyside. Although there are a few designated parking spaces, as mentioned by earlier reviewers, it's definitely recommended that you walk/bike to this location. Spots are hard to come by--especially in the morning. Depending on the barista on bar, drinks are made fairly quickly. A lot of students and nearby hospital staff frequent this location. So it gets pretty hectic. Many of the staff are exceptionally friendly. Elizabeth is the store manager. She knows me by name and my drink. Bobby is very friendly and fast in the mornings. However, there are some staff who are rude (especially Patrick). Overall, I recommend coming here for your...

The staff here are generally very nice and efficient. They are personable. And they care about their customers. I've watched them correct drinks to a customer's liking. The parking is an utter disaster. There are only 6 spots or you can attempt competing for street parking. I highly suggest that they try to acquire one more spot from the Marriott dedicated for people picking up mobile orders. I circled for ten minutes today to pick up a drink. You pretty much need to assume you're going to be late to work from the parking and waiting in the long line of hospital staff that...
