Subway — Restaurant in Pittsburgh

I ordered my food before my work shift starting at 10pm.. I arrived @9:18 pm.. the lights were on, the drive thru was open.. but no one answered.. I pulled around to try the front guest entrance door.. it was locked.. some little young guy (looked Arabian or of that origin) was in the restaurant sweeping the floor, I knocked and showed him i was coming to pick up my phone order thru app.. he waived me off and shook his head no.. I couldn't believe it.. but it happens sometimes so I couldn't get too upset. I just went across the street to get other food and decided I will settle it at another time with management... so I call and call and call for days.. no one EVER answered e rs this phone number.. they took my money without giving me services.. DO NOT VISIT...

They don't even feign having quality at this point. The guy cut my sandwich after making it but didnt cut it all the way through. he cut it halfway down so the bottom half of the sandwich is intact and I am gonna have to tear the sandwich myself, and watch the contents fall out the middle. So I ask him, "can you cut my sandwich all the way through?" He literally grabs the sandwich and rips it in half, and i watch the middle contents fall out. WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU? WHO HALF CUTS A SANDWICH AND THEN WHEN ASKED TO FINISH CUTTING IT PULLS IT APART WITH THEIR HANDS?

I have been going to this subway for the past couple of years, my daughter loves their turkey subs. I have finally gotten around to leave a review because of how remarkable the pleasantries are that I experience every time going through the drive-through. I wish that I knew the names of each employee but there seem to be about three who are always there when I go who are just exceptional in demeanor. It is also super fast. I’ve never had to wait more than 30 seconds to receive the food after pulling up to the window and that includes the amount of time it takes to pay. ...
