Taco Bell — Restaurant in Pittsburgh

The manager at this Taco Bell was one of the rudest managers I have ever encountered at a fast food place. I visited the store around late dinner time and walked inside. The doors were open, so I approached the front counter. The manager came up to me, and I greeted him with, "How are you doing?" I then told him which order I was there to pick up. He proceeded to firmly and aggressively tell me to get out of his store, asking me to wait outside by the pickup window in the rain. He spoke to me as if I had entered the store wrongfully, even though the doors were unlocked. I could also tell he was rude to his employees, as they would shake their heads in frustration whenever he spoke to them. That is not how you talk to a customer, especially when they are being pleasant with you. I found his behavior very, very rude.

Thankfully, the other employees were much more pleasant, even attempting to explain to the manager why the doors were unlocked and that it wasn’t my fault. Everyone else working there was so much more professional, and they saved the experience from being one of the worst I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. I am very thankful that this Taco Bell has at least a few incredible employees, but they desperately need to change their evening management.

This Taco Bell would be much more profitable and run far more effectively if they let go of this manager and hired someone who is more enthusiastic and better suited to the role. I ended up waiting about 25 minutes...

**update Taco Bell has not reached out to me at all for my complaint filed in multiple locations on social media and corporate. This shows they do not stand by any standards, especially for cleanliness.

I was literally robbed by the staff at Taco Bell on the North shore in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. I ordered two crunchwrap Supremes with extra sour cream, and extra cheese. I received no sour cream whatsoever, and no extra cheese. A crunchwrap supreme is supposed to have sour cream in it, it's signified by the name supreme. The staff was horribly rude, ignorant, and argumentative when I asked for my money back. Not only did they not give me my money back for the extra sour cream and extra cheese, they did not give me my money back for the crunchwrap that I ate that had nothing on it that I ordered. The staff at the North shore Taco Bell literally stole from me. I could file a complaint with the magistrate's office for theft from the employees and company of Taco Bell that work at this store location. It would cost a lot of money for Taco Bell's local attorney to show up for a return on money that was stolen. There could be serious criminal charges for theft on this. The staff refused to refund my money for the missing products that I ordered. I ordered specifically two crunchwrap Supremes with extra cheese and extra sour cream. The staff argued with me, told me I was wrong for asking for...

Allegheny ave is Always terrible. There is not a time no less than 10 employees are working. This Taco Bell has the most employees working of any Taco Bell I've ever been to. Always tons of employees hanging out, playing, chatting, rarely are they actually working. Yet they are the slowest worst service one in the entire metro area. Tonight again. I go in. It reaks of weed of course. It takes no less then 10 minutes to just be acknowledged. Had maybe 4 or 5 employees walk directly by me but not a single one acknowledged me. Then I do get my order taken. I stood there for 35 minutes!! I saw my food sitting there. It just sat on their table. Not a single person brought it to the counter or would acknowledge I was trying to say hey my food is sitting there. Yet they sat against walls and played tag while horsing around. Finally, 35 minutes later a guy comes up and says hey you ready to order. I said I did my food is sitting right there. He walks to the back then walks up and grabs it. Says my name and I say yup. He says see ya and throws it on the counter. Honestly, they need to just fire every employee and start over. That place is a mess and it has to be management allowing the entire staff to be horrendous. I get it's Taco Bell but this one above them all is trash. Waiting 45 minutes on average if you are lucky for poorly made food is not a business model that can continue...
