Food was fantastic! Service??? What service!!! Sat at a table upstairs, ordered food&drinks for 4. Waited 15 for drinks, (Bloody Mary & draft beer) could see them sitting there getting warm but since it was our 1st time there we weren’t sure what to do so I went up to get them. The bar tender said please don’t that’s not how we do it. I said ok I’m confused…we stood her at the bar for a solid 10 min being completely ignored before I flagged someone down and asked them how this works. They told be to scan the barcode on the table and order. I see people coming back to thier tables with drinks and we were just thirsty watching our beer get warm. My name was literally on the check so I took them and went back to the table. About 5 min later my husbands sandwich comes, delivered by someone with the worst attitude, practically threw the plate in the table without a word and walked away. 5 min later my daughters pizza gets delivered in the same way. As my son and I sit drooling waiting for our food to come the rude server is no where in sight. 15 min later my rice bowl comes again delivered with just as much distaste as the other 2 meal deliveries. Now total time waiting on sons food (after the 1st delivery ) is almost 30 min. All of us are done because we were starving and I need to get up and find someone to help me. Found them and they walked back and got his food that was most likely sitting under a heat lamp forgotten about. 😕. All in all the food was good. Service was no existent. Will never go back. If you decide to go you will not all get your food/ drinks at the same time. And out lunch. I’ll was over $100!!! 1st time in my life I didn’t leave a tip because for the life of me couldn’t figure out what a $20 tip would be thanking them for!

Located in the heart of the strip, the cutest warehouse has been converted into a restaurant that sits on the second floor.  They also have an amazing outdoor space, where you can grab food or drinks and enjoy the fresh air.  They offer different food concepts so everyone can grab what they want.  Order your food at the appropriate station and the staff will deliver it to you when ready!  The drink menu is carefully curated and delicious, and they have a giant wine library.  I have been a few times for dinner, cocktails and have even checked out one of their wine classes- which is super cool, highly recommend.  But was able to check them out for brunch, which is a newer launch of theirs.  They have brunch on Saturday’s and Sunday’s.  The brunch menu consists of savory, sweet, and both breakfast and lunch focused dishes.  We tried the poached salmon benny, chicken biscuits and bacon thyme gravy & apple streusel pancakes. Everything was delicious! The pancakes were so fall and so good! Tried a pumpkin spice iced latte a cranberry mimosa!! Sat on the balcony and enjoyed a delicious brunch with the gorgeous Pittsburgh weather!!!

The space alone is 5 star worthy, it is exceptional. When you walk in and see a large marble bar and leather couches to lounge on you get the impression you are in the right place....

The staff there was questionable.... not very friendly, not very informative, and very very slow to fulfill orders.... and there was maybe 10 people total in the room. I Ordered a $30 charcuterie board, you would think for $30 you would have a giant wood plank with large varieties of meats and cheeses.... instead you get a handful of meat, some unwashed grapes, and generic cheeses such as cheddar and Parmesan... we also received no information on what was on the board and waited about 30-40 minutes for it.

My in-laws ordered Chicken and some soup from the bistro (Which took about 45 minutes). Both were very very good, but not worth the price at all! $16 for a large piece of a chicken breast...... nothing else..... who in their right mind would come back and order a $16 piece of chicken that comes with no sides......

I browsed the Pizza menu..... and Noped out of there when I saw they were selling small slices of pizza for $6 each.....

This place is still trying to find their Niche and get their foot in the door... They need to find their identity, but they are going to scare many many people away with a unfriendly uninformative slow staff that is selling extremely over priced food.

They need to focus on the space.... which a perfect place to grab a glass of wine, hang with some friends, read a book, get some coffee or do some work. focus on small bites/appetizers and SELL THEM AT A REASONABLE PRICE!!! maybe get a actual wait staff to bring food and drinks to your table.... play some live music and have some events up there to bring people in...

This place needs a lot of improvements to bring me back and recommend...

First off, I would like to say that I very rarely leave bad reviews for local places. Also, the staff working the kitchen was very friendly and kind. However, I do believe we were pre-judged by the lady who I believe was the general manager. She went to all the other tables, delivering them their food, asking them if they needed anything and did not once come to our table. I get it, maybe we were dressed more casual than everyone else, but you never know who is willing to spend money on good food. There was an event going on upstairs, so there was a limited menu, that's fine. We asked for a recommendation and got what was suggested, it was a brisket cheesesteak wedgie (basically like folded flatbread/pita sandwich). To be honest, I was very disappointed. It was messy, lacked flavor and was not worth $16 plus tip (especially when we served ourselves). It was greasy and tasted like the bread was undercooked. My partner told the workers and they just kinda shrugged about it. We never ask for refunds, but had to in this instance. We left over half untouched. My partner is a restaurant reviewer. We've eaten all over the country and frequent the Strip District. We love supporting local restaurants. Unfortunately, due to this experience, we would never go back. We apologize if this is harsh, we truly are kind individuals that rarely have negative things to say. It just sucks when you go somewhere and feel like you are treated differently than everyone else....
