Really disappointing service. My friends and I came on a saturday which I fully understand that it gets busy but the service was horrible. We were there for over 2 1/2 hours where we only ordered a pizza and 2 sandwiches. Our server brought waters to us then my friend ordered a pop and the other a bloody mary. 20 minutes later she comes back with no drinks we kindly ask for them and she gives attitude. You could tell she completely forgot because she got the pop right away and went behind the bar to make the bloody mary. We ordered the drinks with our food so we assumed she forgot our food as well. An hour goes by and we still have no food or any sort of reassurance that it is coming out. Finally we think our food comes and it’s just the pizza my friend ordered and a pizza slice for the other. My other friend and i ordered a hoagie so we thought it would be out right after (how long could it take to make a sandwich) and we literally didn’t get it until 35 minutes later. At that point we were so upset - I have worked in restaurants before and with this type of service our food should’ve been comped you never bring out someone else’s at the table that early. The cherry on top is my meatball sandwich was extremely pathetic (please see photo). It’s disappointing because I tried my friends pizza and it was really good. We practically had to beg for our checks and she proceeds to just put it all on one. Like I said understand it gets busy on the weekend however that’s when you need to stop seating people if your staff can’t handle...

Saw this place while I was running through the Strip District and decided to stop in and get a little bit of food. The ambiance is alright and the people there are pretty friendly, but I guess I entered through the wrong entrance so be sure you enter through the right door.

Anyway, I ordered 2 slices of regular cheese pizza and a slice with cheese and mushrooms. Their slices are absolutely huge so you will not need much to fill you up and the price is super decent.

The flavor was very average. Crust was crispy and it was overall a thin slice, which I prefer. But the sauce and cheese tasted super generic and the mushrooms also tasted canned. So it's more of a quality of quantity place.

Also keep in mind they only do the big single slices for their traditional red sauce pizza and you can add on toppings from there. No giant monster slices for the White pie unfortunately.

One other thing I'll note is that the service was pretty alright with a lady checking in to see if I need water and a box, etc. The seat where I sat was not the most comfortable though and when someone just sat down behind me, my seat short of shaked quite a bit.

All in all, an okay pizza shop. It's not super flavorful but the food comes in nice qualities and the deals are pretty good. Solid service but ambiance...

Honestly. This is the worst service that I have had in 2023. I’m not sure if cause I’m a young black male but light need to be shad on this issue. Why do you feel it’s ok to treat us differently. I waited for ten minutes to pick up a pie that was right in front of me. A guy walks over you need help yes I do. He asked if I paid, I tell him no I haven’t. He goes to get the bar tender. I hear her say yeah he got to wait I’ll be there in one second. He come back relay message. I continue to wait. Five minutes. Now I go back to the bar. And ask how long are you going to make me wait to get my food till it’s cold. She kneeling on the bar having a conversation. I’m like you really got me waiting here for my food and your having a conversation. This is as I’m walking back to counter. She get to counter and try to hold the food over my head like I had no choice but to wait for her. Then walk off with the food cause she don’t like my attitude after you made waist fifteen minutes while at work trying to pick up lunch for the team. Like disrespect is real in that building. And then the person outside doing lord knows what have the nerve to tell me have a nice day....

We got the feta tomato and spinach pizza, the capri wrap, and the vanilla cannolis. The food was excellent. The pizza crust was soft and light, and toppings were not too salty and not greasy. The medium pizza is big enough for two to three people. There is no smaller size, but there is one bigger size. I noticed the capri wrap was not heated, although I am fairly certain it was supposed to be. It was very enjoyable as is, though a tad bit juicy. The cannoli came as two large pieces, with not-too-sweet vanilla filling, nicely crispy crust, chocolate chips and chocolate syrup. It was definitely big enough to share between two people. The server was very polite and helpful to us. We went on a Tuesday at 6pm and it was very empty. The atmosphere was nice, although not really "italian" specifically. The music was nicely quiet so we could easily hold a conversation. The only drawback is that it closes rather early most days.
